Depends on the market. We are dropping prices to sell homes. If prices were high but interest rates were lower it would not be a problem as it is now. But it is a supply and demand problem and Washington cannot fix it. Tune in this week to Brent and I next show.
@@palmbeachluxurylifestyle in florida the real estate was and has been crashing going on a year now. theres more houses on the market for sale then ever, and they have been on the market for a long time and every day theres more houses being listed and not selling.. so if thats not a crash then what is? people have equity loans fully maxed out, living off the equity and cant sell there house. so every month that gos by they just get deeper in debt.. there is a HUGE CRASH hapening rite now. sorry. florida bubble is deflating Now! day by day huge air leak .sinking ship in florida
My son is getting more money because other agencies are paying more and his department is loosing cops. Second my son puts his life on the line everyday he leaves the house. Three Florida is not running a deficit it has a surplus to pay police more to get the very best to protect you the public. But federal government is spending money like drunk sailors and until they stop we are never seeing inflation come down. The last balance budget we had was Clinton. Since then every president has raised the debt by spending money they do not have crushing the American people under debt. So leave my son out of your comments unless you are out there putting your life on the line like he is. Cops all over the U.S. need to be respected and paid well. That also includes teachers in my book. Our children are being left behind because of politics.

I’m not getting into politics with you, but I can tell you this that my son‘s department and my son are good people and are good cops and they care about the Public and they do a great job. But there are plenty of cities out there that are doing exactly what you want done so that’s a great place for someone like you to move. Most people here in Florida. Enjoy being able to walk down the street in a city and feel safe. And most places in Florida that’s what you got. Miami now with all of the population and immigrants and different cultures is the happiest healthiest and one of the safest cities in the United States because they spend a ton of money on their police And every single cop today in Florida wears a camera and as soon as they pull their gun or pull their taser, that camera turns on immediately or they turn their lights in their car. Agreed there are some bad actors out there, but very few police all over the United States are doing their very best to keep people safe and for those of us who don’t support them and cities that don’t protect them are out of control and you can see that in the real estate market, where cities with high crime people in businesses are going to states where there is low crime.
@@palmbeachluxurylifestyle I’ve lived in Florida most of my life (out side of my time in USMC) and I can tell you that that’s 100000% rubbish. Also there is no such thing as a “good” cop. There are only good or bad incentives. And I maintain (based on your video) you are the sort that will complain about gov spending and gov overreach and etc etc unless it’s your family benefiting from it.
@@augurcybernaut4785 I appreciate your service, but you are completely wrong about me and my family. But that’s the beauty of America we can disagree. But with that said, destroying the economy by just giving money away to people isn’t going to fix anythingbut just create more of this inflation. And that has nothing to do with how much pay their police and their teachers and their fireman. Because if you listen to the video you heard that the young person out there making six figures cannot afford to buy home and I run into it every day with young engineers, brokers, doctors, etc. not just police officers. This inflation that has been created from presidents since Quentin balanced the budget has wrecked the economy finally Nothing gets fixed unless the federal government stop spending so much money that’s just economics 101.
Thank you for the video. A lot of good information.
Glad it was helpful!
The rents too dam high!
Yes they are. Crazy money
How about vero beach?
Tons of inventory
Keep up the good work. Hear of any incentives in Riverland?
They just don’t do it but was there over the weekend and they are still affordable. Dell Webb is super deep on incentives though
High inventory because houses are too expensive ! The new data in Florida is prices are up 5% overall !
