My son is getting more money because other agencies are paying more and his department is loosing cops. Second my son puts his life on the line everyday he leaves the house. Three Florida is not running a deficit it has a surplus to pay police more to get the very best to protect you the public. But federal government is spending money like drunk sailors and until they stop we are never seeing inflation come down. The last balance budget we had was Clinton. Since then every president has raised the debt by spending money they do not have crushing the American people under debt. So leave my son out of your comments unless you are out there putting your life on the line like he is. Cops all over the U.S. need to be respected and paid well. That also includes teachers in my book. Our children are being left behind because of politics.

I’m not getting into politics with you, but I can tell you this that my son‘s department and my son are good people and are good cops and they care about the Public and they do a great job. But there are plenty of cities out there that are doing exactly what you want done so that’s a great place for someone like you to move. Most people here in Florida. Enjoy being able to walk down the street in a city and feel safe. And most places in Florida that’s what you got. Miami now with all of the population and immigrants and different cultures is the happiest healthiest and one of the safest cities in the United States because they spend a ton of money on their police And every single cop today in Florida wears a camera and as soon as they pull their gun or pull their taser, that camera turns on immediately or they turn their lights in their car. Agreed there are some bad actors out there, but very few police all over the United States are doing their very best to keep people safe and for those of us who don’t support them and cities that don’t protect them are out of control and you can see that in the real estate market, where cities with high crime people in businesses are going to states where there is low crime.

@@LeeBrickeytv I’ve lived in Florida most of my life (out side of my time in USMC) and I can tell you that that’s 100000% rubbish. Also there is no such thing as a “good” cop. There are only good or bad incentives. And I maintain (based on your video) you are the sort that will complain about gov spending and gov overreach and etc etc unless it’s your family benefiting from it.

@@augurcybernaut4785 I appreciate your service, but you are completely wrong about me and my family. But that’s the beauty of America we can disagree. But with that said, destroying the economy by just giving money away to people isn’t going to fix anythingbut just create more of this inflation. And that has nothing to do with how much pay their police and their teachers and their fireman. Because if you listen to the video you heard that the young person out there making six figures cannot afford to buy home and I run into it every day with young engineers, brokers, doctors, etc. not just police officers. This inflation that has been created from presidents since Quentin balanced the budget has wrecked the economy finally Nothing gets fixed unless the federal government stop spending so much money that’s just economics 101.

I the defendant and my son are the victims in this matter. The Plaintiff presented fraud on the court, filed fraud and invalid lien, the summary judgment I was never served with and signed final order is invalid. The judge does have jurisdiction to change the mistake at any time without any further hearings. Attorney Seth Chipman and Ocean Park Owners Assoc. •As to Rule 60 (d) (3) the fabrication of evidence by a party in which an attorney is implicated, will constitute a “fraud on the court” •Violated the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and Florida Consumer Collection Practices Act by pursuing an invalid debt through unfair practices. FDCPA 15 U.S.C. § 1692c and FCCPA Fla. Stat. § 559.72. •Condo association board members who ran their own accounts, hired an attorney to collect on already paid and fraud charges that they have put on my ledger. •Condominium association and their Lawer filed an invalid lien on 08/22/2019 that ironically I received two months later 10/19/2019 certified mail (#70191120000137342872) Which I disputed on 11/12/2019 The board accumulated huge amount of lawyer fees from going back-and-forth and ultimately removing their fraud fees off my ledger but never closed the lien. To my surprise after hiring property management, more than a year later, using new dates, they add All the fraud charges on a new ledger, with now also adding their accumulated lawyer fees and filed for summary judgment where they presented that ledger as evidence. Please note that I received a letter by mail from plaintiffs attorney dated July 29, 2021 that had plaintiffs summary judgment motion attached to it, and first hearing for summary judgment was on 08/05/21 Second hearing 12/16/2021 which was less than 40 days from notice of hearing dated 11/19/2021 With me not having a lawyer, not excepting my affidavit filed on 12/14/2021 do to begin filed 2 days before the hearing, or using reasonable doubt, The judge first reserved, her ruling after the holiday. Upon me hiring a lawyer we filed objection 01/04/2022 that was ignored. On 01/06/2022 the judge ruled “on the evidence presented” in their favor for $12,949.00 and $347.35 which would be count I and count II. Note that summary judgment was filed for count I only, and $347.35 was already paid before the due date three months prior. On 01/20/2022 we filed “Defendant motion for rehearing” that was denied on 02/10/2022 without a reason. Filed an appeal that resulted in per curiam affirmed without an opinion and mandated back to county court circuit where I now was ordered to pay an additional $18,620.00 for their appeal legal fees. •Prior to hearing 07/20/2023 I wrote a request to the judge, and later was informed by the court, that the new judge will hear my entire case. However, during the hearing my attorney did not bring anything up. Ultimately, the judge ordered Me paying $12,949.00 to cancel foreclosure, and says the lien is satisfied. As of right now, association’s attorney has yet to file satisfaction of the lien, did not remove any of the fraud changes that was on the lien, continues to dictate association and property management to add additional charges over $15k of unknown charges to my ledger. •Attorney engaged and continues to engage in harassing conduct against me by continuing to pursue satisfied and invalid lien despite exercising reasonable efforts to show their invalid debt, and monthly dues was paid, prior to attorneys' fees and additional costs being expended on their condominium association Account, instituting an invalid lien on property, when no assessments were owed, and threatening further legal action to foreclose on my property when NO debt was ever owed. •Also Board Association running without certificate. •Final judgment states that I owe $347.35 which also misled the court, because that amount was paid three months prior before due date. According To Rule 718.116 (3) will show that there was never any late fees, interest, or attorney fees to begin with. • Property management refused to take/except my payments. As dictated by plaintiffs attorney Seth • The board mailed my checks back to me refusing my payments •I wrote letters asking for documents •I wrote letters to fix the ledger • I wrote letters that they have been applying money not properly •I wrote letters, asking to remove fraud charges •I wrote letters, asking for a refund or credit for the money I paid on fraud charges •I wrote letters disputing the charges •special assessment was paid •condo declaration state that lawyer fees are not to included in lien. • there were never any prior money judgments. •••

They're right about it being tucked out of the way and it is very appealing if you like a little privacy. What they didn't mention is that there are sidewalks on both sides of the street so the house across the street is further away. Nice balance of privacy and opportunities to socialize if that's what you're looking for.

@LeeBrickeytv that because saint lucie doesn't report all their crime that happens here. If they reported it they would lose state money. Come on man. I know you know all of this.

@@robertirizarry9917 I saw that article and do not believe it. I have traveled all over Florida, from Palm Beach on down to Dade, the speed people travel at on the highways down there is insanity. If you are doing 80 in a 65 down there you have to be on swivel, most are going 100+ down there. Now, PSL has stupid low speed limits on their main roads. Perfect example, Walton road, where it is a 4 lane divided road with no residences along it, the speed limit is 35 which is way too slow. When is narrows down to 2 lanes with houses, side roads, and driveways the speed increases to 45. How does that make sense? Crosstown Parkway should be a 55 MPH road at the least, it is a 40 MPH road, a 6 lane divided highway. People speed here because the speed limits are too low for the roads.

Don’t get sick because the hospital can’t keep up with this population growth. 24-36 hours before getting a room for extended care. ER visits are a mess. City planners should shamed for not keeping up with medical needs for a retired population .

This happens all the time in every city in America. The local government never plans ahead. They knew Port Saint Lucie was growing and they did little or nothing and we the people suffer.
