The computer is official and can be found inside the asset files, it just isn't enabled by default. It should be released at some point later this year.
You'll need to edit the 386_GAMES monoscript file inside the level2 asset with a hex editor (it's set to self-destruct by default), as well as change the gameobject's IsActive property to 'true'.
I checked what the offset values are inside the level2 file, and thought it'd be easier this way (this is for the stable branch): change the NUL control character at offset 32803082 (decimal) to a SOH control character (the 00 value to a 01), then copy the 448 byte block 67473936-67474383 and paste it as the 67473488-67473935 block. HxD automatically creates a backup of the modified file when saving (if that's what you're using), but it might still be a good idea to do a manual backup of the level2 file.

When will this be added? the experimental update came out a few days ago and this wasn't featured... Is this official or just your own mod?

Thanks, how do you enable it?

Thanks for the reply, I've got a hex editor and opened the level2 file and found 386_GAMES, what do I need to do to it?
