Modifying the threat tables on the DED should make you the option to have SA-2 and HQ-7 on same threat table for the HARM. I love both the F-16 and F/A-18C, but for the moment the F-16 module is a way behind the Hornet one, but I'm happy to see there is a campaign available for the Viper
Yes i forgot to even eliminate the non threats to get quicker sweep! I have worst memory only takes me few flights in another plane to start forgetting things. Would you know what the HQ7 would display as threat by any chance? Looking back at vid it might been SD or S? Yeh stoked to have first campaign. I think vipers not too badly placed atm having air, a/g & sead implemented to some degree, but im definitly excited for the latter half this yr which will see much more attention to it!
lankypilot77 You should modify your threat table. HQ-7 Launcher and radar have ID 126 and 127, quite don't remember who is who. So in fact, set your custom table on your DED to have HQ-7 Launcher, HQ-7 radar, SA-2 Fan Song radar and PR-19 search radar on one threat table, so thank's to that, you'll be able to better fire on your threats, and will be able to use POS RUK submode thank's to that ;)
Bunyap missions are quite forgiving on purpose i think, u definitly dont need to be expert. I play most campaigns basically as training tool as you prob noticed in vids. But yeh knowledge of how deploy the basics prob needed. Thanks for watching!
Have you had any issue with 1-3 or 1-4 blowing up? lol. I’ll take off and 2 will form up then 3 will get airborne and all the sudden just explode..have to get though the mission with just us 3. Happened on Missions 2-4 so far...really weird.
Lol it's not uncommon to have a wingman collide or hit the ground in a campaign but haven't seen one randomly explode! Very wierd. Are you sure they're not in your hud with a sidewinder tone in background? 😛
If it keeps happening might be worth reporting on the campaign page forum. Might be something triggering it thats been broken in an update. Can't think what
I have a bug sometimes that keeps reloading same mission after completing. If you got 100 result on end screen it should move on, if doesnt you might have same issue. To get around it you can load the mission in the editor from the campaigns folder in main dcs directory & play from there. Will have all the .miz files for each mission & any pdf's in that folder
I checked out the campaign in the DCS store. I think he is dreaming a bit on the price. But not as much F/A-18C Rising Squall Campaign for $20 😱 I use the auto pilot all the time to get me to my steer points. But I did not know you could set the bank angle. Cool video. Thanks for sharing 👍🏻👍🏻🙃🙃
Thanks matt! I think i paid $9.99usd for this? If so thats been standard asking price for every campaign so far even tho some are more in depth than others. Usually id wat for sale price which is usually 50%. Yes i was surprised at rising squall, i havent played but id expect a 20+ mission senario to be asking double. Lets hope its not a trend

If i am not mistaken you have overiden the flaps. The flaps normally go down or up along with the landing gear. Nice video by the way.

As far as I know, the real f-16 has auto flaps that are linked to the gear.

How do you select which mission you want to run? I cannot for the life of me figure out how to move on from mission 1.

Sounds like transmitting on wrng radio or channel? Double check frequencies & then key bindings to transmit for each radio
