Ty for all the ideas. For my shorter crew the easiest way to shorten the straps is detaching the pieces and only using one of each, instead of using the hoops u will use the buttons to secure it.. when i say sepatate the strap pieces, each strap has two pieces, so just use one of each as a strap via the ring and life changing.
I do this but it’s a bit short so what I did is add short extender chains so it’s like a leather + chain strap now. Makes the bag look a bit dressier too.
