I think that the best thing of having a relationship with God is that you are literally NEVER alone. No matter what happens, no matter who betrayed you, at the end of the day it's just God and you. He is always gonna hear you. I was an atheist but then I met God and He showed me his love for me so I learned how to love him correctly. It's the best feeling and the best decision you could ever take. May God bless you all ❤

🙌🏽 I fully agree!! A relationship with God is just like a relationship with another human being! But the cool thing is we are literally in a relationship with Love, which is the best relationship there is!!! 🥰
This helped a lot! before this i thought it was just praying to him about bad and good things and to help others and reading the word but now i understand that to create a good relationship with god and jesus you must talk to him. you must tell him things like how your day was, how you are and other things like a normal relationship as you said.

Hello Nastasia. My name is Dameion and I want to thank you for your video and your advice. I struggle everyday in real life with things that I should and shouldn't do, with having heated discussions with my parents because I dont feel like I can get through my point of view so they can see how im thinking, and having relationship with anybody because they leave me or I did something bad to cause them to leave. I think it is because of the fact I don't read the bible. I pray for forgiveness and strength and wisdom to keep from slipping into temptations that I know he wouldn't approve even from the tiniest lie to looking at things I shouldn't and after all that I worry that I wont make it home. I am blinded still and still deaf to him yet I try to listen. I don't feel worthy to be accepted into his home but I want to go home. I feel like my mind and heart is broken and confused to understand him. I believe in him and I know he's there but I don't feel like that is enough.
I am 13 years old! Thank you for explaining this to me, for all of us. I wanted to have a relationship with god and Jesus, not only because my life was falling apart but I also thought it would be interesting to have a relationship with a supernatural being. I'm still at the start of this relationship and I was quite clueless on how to pray. I mean, I knew I how to pray but I didn't know what type of words to say towards the ned of my praying because I thought my words had to be all fancy and I was saying "uh" a lot. I thought my prayer sucked and not heard by god or Jesus so, thank you! I also would like to know how to write prayers down on a piece of paper and how to have a love letter for god. I want to understand the concept of that! Thank you!

I really am new to talking to god and praying but I really am trying to talk to him so he can know me and my family. This is helping me and I thank everyone who helped and thank god Jesus and my family. I also found out that I was Christian not to long ago. I’m 12. And if any could help a bit more or talk to me or give any recommendations I could really appreciate it.

I have been reading the Bible again know and have saw on how to get close relationship with Jesus but I must not be spending enough hours a day reading the Bible and praying to Jesus to get a close relationship because I do pray but not like a long time in one day like 8 hours I know about fasting and prayer but am still not hearing Jesus voice for myself. I don't know the proper way to fast all the way like they did in Bible. I rather be around people that would help my relationship with God go higher. I cut off the friends was with for years so the right ones can come.

Um my family is mostly Christian but I don't know what to think. My mom got cancer like four different times and I have trouble understanding how to make myself want a relationship God. That might sound werid cause like I know I need to do it, but I'm scared and I don't know how to get myself to believe in it, but I wish I could. Does this make sense to ANYBODY?

It's tricky a relationship is usually a two way thing and I'm pretty sure you would be doing all the chatting and the phone would never ring.
And also your feelings are never the key to getting close, in the Bible Mathew 16:24 “ Then Jesus said to his disciples “ Whoever wants to be my disciple must deny themselves and take up their cross and follow me” two key words DENY and THEMSELVES , basically saying deny your feelings and obey God because those who love God obey his commands.

No that doesn’t show that you don’t love him! If you’re doing your best to live for him and resist your own desires then that’s good and that’s what God wants! He sees you making an effort :D

I really don't get this. If "god wants to talk he should appear to a person. If you just talk to "god" by talking in your head or alone... you are talking to yourself. It is obvious that you like the "advise" you have from "god" cause you are talking to yourself. I feel like talking to myself (or just meditating)

God let me know that he has loved us before we were born.
His love is without conditions. He loves you no matter what you look like, what you have done, what you have or have not accomplished, what has been done to you, or what you have done to others; it doesn’t matter. His love is unconditional because it’s who He is. His love is not like ours. He REALLY LOVES YOU. He not only wants you, but you belong to Him. He has adopted you! He is your daddy! ❤️

If our makeup and jewelry is super flashy and we care about how we look more than we care for our hearts for the Lord then it becomes a problem

False, that's christianity to your own knowledge. We usually hear people saying no make up, no paint, no short dress, no colour braids, no colouring of hair etc, but I tell if it's your decision not to, and it's okay by you, then go on.
I think this is we're ignorant, if, for instance, we say we ain't gonna wear the makeup and I have an impure heart what sense does it make, I see nothing bad in makeup, the bible doesn't kick, or says anything specific against it. Obviously good when done in non exaggerated quantity, but then it also depends on you
