Those bars look FANTASTIC! It seems to me that neon colors stay more neon when they DON'T gel. I still love those colors!
I do not force gel with my soaps but just let them sit uncovered and let them do their thing. I read somewhere that orange micas can fade terribly during saponification if the batter heats up due to certain fo's or too much honey etc., or if the oils and lye solution are hot to begin with. I wasn't sure if I wanted to work with the neon green so I went with the Pistachio instead, but in hindsight it's an okay color with the rest of the neons, but trying to photograph the soap is another story! I thought the 2 oranges looked very nice in there, no matter which way you cut it. They brought out the definition of the brighter ones. Beautiful job. God bless.

The first thing that came to my mind is the name of a "Soap" Opera....The Bold and the Beautiful. It seems to fit this soap. ( I don't watch that but remember commercials) What is the world Margie, I'm SO sorry you aren't feeling well. Elderberry...if you feel like you need an antibiotic...USNEA or Goldenseal. Yep, still taking my elderberry in my applesauce every single day :) The rainfall we had this winter set more records for the amount and number of days, and I don't think my body appreciates all that. lol Sigh...I want it to be drier and about 70 degrees all the time. Wouldn't that be nice! A year ago last Feb 20th, I had my gallbladder removed. That was a fast year. Goodness! Looking forward to seeing your Collab project in a few days. Hugs xxx

Well Margie, I have to say those colors pop! Loving the electric bubblegum pink. Will have to order me some. I haven't tried the fragrance, either. As always, you do some beautiful colors. 👍
Hello Cheryl! I have had my jar of Electric Bubble Gum for at least 3 years as a little bit goes a long way. I think I'm going to need to buy a 16 oz bottle of Fruity Rings instead of an 8 oz as half of my big slab mold bars are gone already! LOL Take care and hugs xxx

I have only used this fragrance oil in melt and pour and one black CP soap (with gorgeous colors throughout). I had such terrible experience with my melt and pour soaps turning orange with this f.o., so I was afraid to waste the supplies to make a non-black or dark colored fruit loop scented soap. Can you update us on the discoloration now that it has been awhile? I still have so many deaigns for this f.o., but fear is keeping me away! Thanks so much for sharing your videos ♡ I love them! AndI hope you and your family are feeling much better and I hope it wasn't this nasty virus in the world!
I love that purple pigment colour its an amazing purple. I love your finished soap. I joined at NG CO-OP group so every couple of months I will have the chance to buy NG fragrances, but there are so many amazing sounding fragrances. I did wonder about this if it was more fruity or more cereal smelling it looks so amazing in Neon. Thankyou for sharing Margie.

The bars are half way through curing so I have not used them yet. I have never heard of neons in cold process soap bleeding in a wash cloth, but I'll let you know if they do when I use these for the first time. Thank for watching the video! :)
