Hi Boston, great video as always. The moving of layers helped me get rid of the neck line. Thank you. Always learn something new with you videos. Keep up the good work. A suggestion for a next video which I know is abit advanced, is what is SLUV mapping used by different head creators. It interests me as I know different head creators use different mapping. Just want to understand why and what are the differences. Thanks
I appreciate your tutorial. To be honest, I hate trying get my avatar skin to look right. It's a nightmare. Really. It sucks because everything else is fairly intuitive. Hats and hair go on your head and are pretty easy to tweak. Clothing, the same. But skins - EeK! The most frustrating of all things avatar related.
Thank you - no problem! I agree it can be a little confusing due to the different layers. But the upside is lots more choice of skins and combinations from creators :)
Where did you get the body skin 3:50 ? I can't find it or where to purchase it, I purchased Not Found - Keon Skin Light Brown (Lelutka) but only have the head and can't find a body skin
I wish you could make over my avatar you are fantastic and I love all your avatars!! still cant fix my neck problem!!💌so I wear necklaces to cover it up!
I don't understand: I went to Not Found and purchased the Vih skin (sorbet) and the Hera Maitreya body skins (sorbet); but he head and upperneck tones do not match the lowerneck and body tones despire both being sorbet, and there are no "neck fade" elements included in the pack to bake onto the mesh. What did I do wrong?
Hello...i tried to find the store LeLapeau but i didnt get anyathing in search or even at SL market...could you please release the landmark here? Thanks in advance. Great and useful videos you have here:)

I'm also confuse what clothes to get cause there are a lot of options like. Maitreya.. Legacy.. Curvy.. Which is compatible to my classic mesh body.. :(
hi boston... i really like second life because second life is the first metaverse that i played maybe while i'm still very very very young. i like join some community here, and i feel all pwople here are in same frequency and mind with me.... by almost 1 month, in second life i meet amazing people, in second life i learn some about avi, language, finance, knowledges, and experiences from residents. and i feel i understand about all things technology more, whatever at art. i like u second life, i wish you more...👍 can u make the clothing operation and others easier? i think not all people can play second life... it just for almost people who understand programming and setting avi. or maybe they're have an experience about this game or they're easy to understand. i need maybe 2 days to understand all basics of secondlife.. but no with all my friends. so can u do this? so thanks uuu... second lifeeee....
Hiya Boston, not sure if you will see this but I had a question regarding the skins, please? I use a skin layer for my face, and the body (Velour) contains both a system body skin AND a BOM body skin layer - which would I use for the body? Or do I use both?
Good question Chantel :) You can only wear ONE skin layer. If you try wearing another skin layer it will replace the original. So in your case it’s best to use the bom tattoo layer for the velour body skin (you can stack as many tattoo layers as you need). Hope that helps!
