Thank You Both for your posts. Very interesting. How many square metres is Your property? It requires lot of maintenance ! If the perimeter fence is sound could You enlist a local shepherd to graze the grass a few times? The shepherds usually stay and watch the flock , unlike England. Best Wishes to You Both

Thank you for your kind words. The property is just over 2000 squ. metres. Unfortunately the fence is not sound all the way around but it's an interesting idea especially with the farm just down the road !

Your place really looks romantic with this well preserved Bulgarian stile house. You have so many different kinds of trees that you need
a special drawn scheme to know them, to care for them and eat the fruits. Nice! If you have good neighbours with whom to drink bear it will be perfect.
