Hey, i followed the video till the point in the installation the Setup requieres a Root passwort... first i thought i schould make a new passwort up, but it seems like you need to type in a passwort of some account or something could somebody please tell me how or where i can create a root passwort or account with passwort to install the programm... ?

If anybody, like me, had problems with no configuration page it's because of existing paths. Delete folders of all previous attempts at installing MySQL and it works.

If MySQL is blurry. Go to windows display settings and change your scale('trial and error' out the optimum scale). And then increase font sizes of your workbench. It is quite identical to how it looked in Web Dev Simplified' video "Learn SQL in 60 Minutes".
