Very bloody and tactically sound fight on both sides. A lot of players, in all TW titles, forget that a city/castle is a 3 dimensional area. Flanking is very possible, whether it is using the walls to outflank, or ending a grind by flanking the blob. Cavalry would be best saved towards the end of a battle, when the majority of the infantry is engaged in melee and the missiles have come up close to skirmish the choke-point.

The devs have made some very good progress, especially with the unit rosters, but they don't want to release another update until they can propose a campaign mode ...
As always Apollo great video now I think the defenders could have won this but they blew it: 1.the first cav charge they could have take a bit more around the tower to get more momentum and then it would have been deadly 2.the last cav charge why not go around those spear men completely and the you could have brkoen at least one and a half unit of crossboes if not 2 3.at the last stand why not outflank them with some other infatry unit from the side they didn't attack and sorrund them or use your general for some hammer and anvil charge at the back/side if the attackers

I think I know why they only attacked one flank; the archers and the towers. Had they pushed on the other ramp, the arrow towers, the archers, and the arty would have had MUCH better angles on them at the more right flank. They would have been cut down so hard. That's my best thought, at least.

is there a way to play without the timer because it ruins battles at times and makes it hard to end battles like a last stand or holding out to the very end. if not it sucks they got rid of that.
That archer tower towards the end has STUPID range! Defenders typically already have an advantage. That’s the only issue I have with Attila & 1212 MOD.
What map is this ? And is there any chance to get more castles into the game ? I only have villages that look like they come from the vikings, especially in the territor of the Holy Roman Empire in custom battles. There are almost no castles as far as I have seen unfortunately.
