I can't get all 3 pieces on at once because with the trunk on I can't reach anything. I am just 5 ft tall and with the stomach just can't fasten it all on.
Thanks for the video my daughter has the same machine since she was 14 she's 16 now and I have seen how frustrated she gets with it and wishes she didn't need it and your video helped her not feel so alone she felt she was the only one
I just got my pump a few days ago! I am having the hardest time applying the leg garments without my hubby's help and getting them tight enough, like I get SO OUT OF BREATH. Thank you for this video. It helps to see someone else doing it too ❤️ you're so beautiful and I'm so glad I found your channel ❤️ Have you noticed a difference in your swelling? Also do you have a favorite brand of compression stockings?
I was trying to do it myself but now I just have hubby helping me. It has helped a TON, I swear. They’re even sending me arm attachments. I really like Bioflect, but they run a size big.
Seriously- your video was a breath of fresh air. I am on day 3 and came to TH-cam looking for some advice. I’m glad I’m not the only one that uttered words trying to get this on and working. I took out a lamp, an iPad, a cup of water, a diffuser, and a water pitcher in my botched attempt and my husband had to rescue me. Night 2 I made it in the garments, only to realize I forgot to plug it in. Night 3 I’m in but feeling like it’s probably all wrong on my body. I got a good giggle out of your video bc I could so relate...hopefully after several months you’ve gotten more used to this!
I have these on the way. After seeing how difficult this is, I'm not sure if I'll be able to do it all on my own. I've been using the zip on legs and they're so easy. Thought these would be too. One more challenge I guess. Sigh.

I just received mine and a rep came to help me set it up last week. Both the pants and the legs on mine have zippers. I have to use a grabber to pull the zippers up! I use the same words you use when setting it up and taking it off after. I used it 5 days now and it doesn’t get easier. I sure hope it works. Now that you have been using it for a year have you seen improvement?
I just got mine in the mail (ins covered it 100% wow) now I’ve gotta wait for them to come train me. Idk if it’s the same model, I haven’t opened the box yet.

Did anyone from the company contact you after you posted this and offer to help you? I've watched the other video with the leg pieces. It showed them laying them out on a couch or bed then lowerIng your foot into it. Then wrap it so that it's smooth. I know easier said than done. But getting it smoothed out and wrapped securely gives you better results. Hope your feeling better.

I just discovered this video (2022) and I'm hysterical laughing- not at you...with you! I have the same pump and have uttered the same words and wondered the same things...how the hell is someone supposed to get in this god awful stuff without help?!! It does work wonders once in it though. I am most compliant with the vest and head garments because they zipper. I keep hoping they will make it easier to get in the garments.
Let me look! I lost some weight since then so I’m in the smaller of my two trunk pieces since I was right between sizes. I was about 220 and now I’m about 185. So now I’m in the small trunk. Since I’m 5 foot 4 I’m in the short legs.

@@freedakaye6720 thank you for these suggestions. I’ve been doing magnesium, selenium and butcher’s broom and my swelling isn’t as significant as it was. Doing all I can to get relief. Thank you again.
@@freedakaye6720 I actually got it but I am getting the flexitouch. Because the Amazon one only squeezes. The flexi is like a massage. And with the abdominal piece it actually moves the fluid out of the body. The Amazon one doesn’t. The flexitouch is a thousand times better. I tried it and it’s amazing.
I got the trunk garment on but it only massages the bottom, not the top. I HATE it!!!!! Could not get a refund but listen to this. After the insurance payment went thru, a woman from Textile Medical calls and ask, "Did you want to return your machine only"? What a bunch of liars they are. She knew I could not get another one after insurance had paid.
the lack of actual compression in the torso is completely dishonest malpractice. most of my lymphedema is in the torso and it has zero compression there; it's just a piece of fabric with no air pockets in it. liars.
That was rude. I read the instructions and watched the vids twice and still had issues. Finally got it with the help of a rep. This is NOT easy to do on your own.

You can put a folded towel in the stomach area to reduce the excess size to increase compression

YES. The out of breath is NO JOKE. I literally feel like I’ve run a race by the time this thing is on.
I didn’t use my machine for 10 days because it was such a production to get in and out of. I live alone and don’t have help.
It is ridiculous. I have to stop periodically to take a breath. I just started a couple of weeks ago and it is such a struggle.

I'm at three hours per day for the entire suit. That does not include getting the pieces on and off.

This is the best company. You’re complaining SMH. I know it’s cumbersome but this model is better than the original brown model. And it works
