I disagree. I don't think one is really any better than the other personally.
Great review!!! You gave out enough information about the game's rules to give us a good idea about how the game plays, and have given me another potential game to add to my collection!!! Sheriff of Nottingham 2nd Edition sounds like a great, well-thought out, and fun game!!!...however; I don't know how good my bluffing skills are!!! Will this game turn me into a suave bluffer with a glib tongue and a poker face???

I'm one of those people that even though i have the first edition that i love i still bought this second edition without thinking lol.
What are your thoughts on the differences?

Am I wrong thinking that this looong awaited reprint is way too small in volume. Thing was impossible to get a hold of almost immediately after release.
I can’t answer that one. But I can tell you that it is tons of fun!!!
If you have the previous edition and the expansion it does not seem like the 2nd offers much that would merit getting this edition. What do you think?
Did the original/expansion have a six player variant? If not, then you probably don't need this edition.
@@TheDiscriminatingGamer Had to go check the box because it has been a bit... It adds the sixth player (with the two deputies), black market, laws, special orders and the merry men.

@@TheDiscriminatingGamer look closer, the card has maybe 1/3 covered the rest is empty colour. The goods from 1st ed was the full card showing the art. Maybe you dont like art, and thats good too
quick question can i play 6 players with one shirriff?
I suppose you could house rule it. I've never tried it.
@@TheDiscriminatingGamer thanks so bear with me this two qusations 1st if i am the sherriff and i opend a bag and let say he has 1 apple he was right about it and 1 chesse he must pay a penalty to me as a sherrif do i take the chesse or do i return it to the shuffle and 1 contraband item he must pay me the fee and return it to the shuffle right? and my 2nd qusation is when will any of us take coins from the bank after the round? or just in the end of the game? or after we put them in our store?
