I know they are different sized bodies, but I've never purchased anything Mythic Legions, but I like vampires, and I have a kitbash in mind.Do you think you can help and upload it as a Short, please? I would really appreciate it. It will help me decide on purchasing both of these figures

That figure has been sold out for years. eBay or other individual sellers would be your best bet. The figure is called Vorgus Vermillius. But the aftermarket price is probably really high, like a few hundred.
Mythic Legions has two main body-types among their 6"-7" figures. The larger, bulkier body (like this one) is known as the 1.0 because it was their first body. The slimmer body like the elves and goblins is the 2.0 body. All 1.0 figures' parts are compatible with other 1.0 figures, and all 2.0 figures' parts are compatible with other 2.0 figures. But most 1.0 parts are not compatible with 2.0 parts.

Vargg's head and feet will absolutely not work on Decebalus. The wings should work though.

Great review! Are the new forearm pieces the standard 1.0 size, or the slightly shorter dwarf size?
Closer to standard length I think. They aren’t recessed like the dwarf ones.

Yes, same hole size, but tightness can vary from figure to figure.
