As a Raiders fan this team was special. We started off hot, then everything went to hell, but then miraculously was led into the playoffs by Coach Bisaccia. Hearing all these stories about him coming out explains to me he was the PERFECT coach for this team.
Bisaccia achieved the impossible an interim coach could achieve under those circumstances. McHoodie never even completed his only season as a HC, and his circumstances were much more favorable at the time.
As a broncos fan, i couldn’t believe there was even a question for him to be re-signed. You could tell how he brought the team together and got the boys fired up. After the grooooden stuff that week, for them to dominate us was impressive. Props to him. Not surprised he is a great guy based on how he coached. He deserves a full season at least to show what he’s got.
Raiders fan here! I honestly think rich should have stayed and maybe... Get rid of Olson as coordinator, I feel like that was the only thing we were lacking was playcalling.

They then traded Cutler for Orton and 2 1st rounder, McDaniels was caught cheating from bringing spygate to Denver, was fired because the owner didnt condone cheating. He then went back to the only franchise that condones and gets away with cheating.
They got money, I don't understand why they don't send a tech out there to hook AJ up with a good setup. Especially since he's on a multi million dollar show.
It sounds like the Packers could use Rich Bisaccia as our Special Teams coach. Right, Ty? My second favorite team is the Raiders. I was all for keeping him, but unfortunately, as I type this, Josh McDaniels is their new head coach.

I work in a psych hospital in California so the weather is not an issue and zoom has been down for 2 days for our kids to be able to call their parents. Which sucks for them because visiting is canceled right now so zoom is there only option to see their families. Pretty sure it's a zoom issue not an issue with the boy.
