We knew everyone’s hit percentages, how many hits it usually took for them to finish a beer, etc. we had a one step blockout rule because the first few games just turned into blocking drills

I didn't know DC plays defense and special teams. DC is the Raiders all-time passing leader, over 35,000 passing yards, 217 TD's. The Raiders had a good QB in DC, enjoy the next 10 years of looking for a QB.

Ultimately the QB is the face of the organization and like it or not the blame usually goes to the guy who touches the ball every offensive snap.
