This book has been on my radar for a while. Thanks for the fair and honest assessment. This one may be too scholarly for me to enjoy. I read God: A Human History by Reza Aslan. He's a religious scholar, but he's not an atheist. It was based more on perceptions of God through the ages and across cultures.
Glad the vid was helpful! And from what I can tell, Jack Miles is a deist--he believes in God, just not the literal God in the Bible, I think. In any case, I'll have to look into your recommendation! Thanks! :)

Thank you for another great one. Please keep it up.
Aww, thank you so much for the encouragement!
Thank you for your review, I’ve head the book for years. Wanted a better understanding of it before I started, you definitely delivered.
Oh, glad to hear! My goal with reviews is to give viewers an impression of what it's actually like reading the book. Hope you enjoy this one :)
A character piece on god. Sounds interesting! I would recommend Evolution of God. I believe it is one that you would enjoy.
Ah right, I definitely have to get around to that one eventually! Thanks :)
