It's not sub 4 meters, so more tax, hence more price. Who automakers hire passionless clown MBAs 🤡 who can't plan a good hatchback according to Indian Market? Dumb companies are doing dum stuff!
Just make a sub4 meter hatch for India with the 1.5 engine. The second option could be an RS version with 1.5 turbo. I understand that not everyone will go for a Hatchback, but there are people who don't want sedans or fake SUVS, so they could be targeted also. And please no 1.0 or 1.2 litre 3 cylinder engines it's nauseating!
