@ I did! I took one of the group classes with Arianna Powell. It’s a great platform. Super straightforward. You just pay directly for the lessons you want from whichever teacher or teachers you choose.
Has anyone here used Til or similar (lessonface, ect...)? I'm in the late beginner stage and didn't know if it's worth finding an in person teacher or go with the convenience of an online teacher. The promo had me wondering
I’ve used Til and love it. The teachers on Til are mind blowingly good. And the video quality is just like being in the same room, so I love the convenience. Have learned more in the past 2 months than the last 20 years
i don't know if there is an answer for it but, my hands are thick and short, they touch the strings below even when i fret on the tips of my finger and try to play fast... is there any solution for it??
@@thisismyyoutubeaccount3322 i was considering buying one but what if i wanna play a steel string only, thats what the issue is!! i still appreciate your concern man.....
He didn't say what key the song was in and I was like are you going to finish and tell us what the answer is...was the last note the key ...it sounded like it was the tonal center
2nd last note was the tonal center. The song was in D major. Can be a little tough to recognize since the chorus chord progression starts on the V chord (A Major). If you're only goal is to find the key of the song (which is not exactly the aim of this particular exercise) then I would use a different method. One I teach in a bunch of my other videos.
Suhr is a high end guitar manufacturer specializing in extremely fine quality instruments. They're incredible guitars and that's reflected in the price. John Suhr was a Senior Master Builder for the Fender Custom Shop in the 90s before launching his own company. They're basically Fender Custom Shop guitars with more modern appointments. I have owned my two Suhr guitars since 2017 and I feel very lucky to have them.
Thanks for watching! And make sure you go here to get $20 off your first guitar lesson on Til: til.co/andrewclarke
Have you used Til, Andrew, and if so, what did you think?

What song are you listening to when doing the exercise? I know it will work for any song I just kinda dig it. 😂
The first one is called "CIncinnati" by Loving Caliber and the second one is called "Never Mine, Never Yours" by Loving Caliber.
@ Sweet. That’s actually pretty funny because I live in Cincinnati and had never heard that before. Thanks for the reply!

Get a guitar with wider string spacing
@thisismyyoutubeaccount3322 i don't know, that doesn't seem to help, my hands are short too! i still appreciate the concern bro!
@@intenseseeds Maybe it's not wide enough lol. Have you tried a classical guitar?
@@thisismyyoutubeaccount3322 i was considering buying one but what if i wanna play a steel string only, thats what the issue is!! i still appreciate your concern man.....
@@intenseseeds Yeah I just mean try one and see if it works for you then you can find a steel string with those specs :)

@andrewclarkeguitar thanks
something off topic but why does this guitar cost £3500?
