MY CREATIVITY RESET ROUTINE:
1. Do a brain dump.
What is a brain dump? The act of writing down everything that comes to mind. It is a way to get all of your thoughts and ideas down on paper and free up space in your brain.
2. Meditate
Do a guided meditation in the Insight Timer App with Davidji "Deep Healing" insig.ht/ZJiPKXZqOIb
write down any thoughts that came to you while meditating.
3. Relax
Do anything that brings you joy. Go to the beach, go for a walk, meet with friends, go on a date, play a game.
Write down any ideas and thoughts that came to you while relaxing.
4. Sort through your brain dump.
Divide your thoughts into 3 categories: "Do in the next 2 weeks", "Do later", and "Irrelevant"
5. Organise your ideas in a planner for the next 2 weeks

I just discovered your channel recently and wanted to say that you have deeply inspired me. I think your channel is a shining example of quality over quantity. Even though this channel has fewer quantity of views, the quality of content you provide in terms of freely sharing an abundance of practical and soulful advice is outstanding. Furthermore, your content is probably just reaching the niche audience its meant for....creatives or people feeling drawn to connecting with their creativity, more sensitive types of people and those with a yearning for alternative lifestyles....(and we are much fewer in number than the general population.)

I am glad that you found my channel and connected with me through this intertwined web of information 🕸️ I agree that my videos are indeed for a more niche audience and I hope that our community will expand in the future. But in the meantime I create content without pressure from a huge number of subscribers and that’s probably why I am able to get really comfortable in front of the camera and talk about anything I want 🙂 at the same time, there is SO MUCH I want to improve in terms of quality of my content, so I can see why not so many people decide to watch my videos.
