Excellent. I suggest checking on the chicken to see if it is cooked; 15 minutes is IMO usually not enough time for the chicken

This turned out so delicious! I used thin sliced chicken breast. If you are using a regular size thick chicken breast be sure to use a meat tenderizer. I also used a cooking thermometer to be sure my chicken reached 165.
