I cannot tell you how surreal it is that you are covering this book, and I wanna thank you from the bottom of my heart that you enjoyed it and even posted this. You were the first 2e creator I really watched hardcore when the system came out, and the main inspiration for me wanting to pursue content for it, I still remember asking you a question of "how wild should custom content get but still feel comparable with classes from the base game" during a stream of you reading the CRB, after 3 years of spitballing this class to my friends and meeting new people and amazing friends helping make this happen, I poured my heart and soul into this as a love letter to Pathfinder for how much it helped me discover who I am and I seriously want to thank you for covering this
I need to try it first but at first glance the only thing I get a little caution is the Legendary proficiency that they have same acuracy as a Fighter with blood weapons and same spellcastins DC as a Wizard plus a ton of good focus spell so the "lower spell slot" is not that penalaizing (at higher levels at least) but for the rest is a solid class has a lot of flavor and the mechanic of it go with it... nice class

I think you might have forgot to read the last part of Blood Siphon. It says, "Yourself or target ally heal for an amount equal to 1d12 per creature level or your character level, WHICHEVER IS LOWER".
The Hemothurgist actually has the exact same amount of spells per day as a Wizards and Sorcerers have more spell slots a day than any other class. Seems like a fun class good to see you looking better Nonat!

This class solves the lifepool economy problem that Blood Magic creates. No longer do you have to make yourself a bloody pulp to do useful stuff. The ability to regain your HP after a turn if you arent hit with a damaging attack is incredible flavour, to say nothing about the game-changing function that encourages players to use their Blood Magic. I do think a few bits need an edit or two, but this class solves so many issues i have had with homebrew blood magic in other settings and games
Oh fuck yeah! Been waiting for this one for awhile, I'm not the biggest TTRPG nerd i can hella respect the hard work and dedication that SokinAshrah put into this! I'm very proud of them for putting out something they've worked so hard on and am so happy they're getting the attention they deserve on it!
Not all that keen on blood magics as a theme, but good job on covering free 3rd party content. Wail would seem to link with the Scarlet Eyes. If you know that a target is going to run, and that you have a chance at overcoming their fortitude save, you can just poke yourself for 1d4 damage and scream about it, then follow up with the eyes and track them through a crowd. Certainly up for getting a full feat review. "I'm doing my part!" as it were.

I believe given the wording of Blood Siphon, you heal an ally (or yourself) 1d12 *per level of slain creature* or your own level, whichever is lower. Meaning if you kill a level 1 dire rat you keep in your bag of holding, you only heal an ally 1d12. And if you kill the Adult Diabolic Dragon that's level 15 and you're level 12, you only heal an ally 12d12.
Sooo, School specialist wizards get 1 more spell per day because of drain bonded item/familiar and universalist gets the same per day as sorc unless you pick up the right spell feats to cascade your srain bonded item/familiar
This does sound really fun with so much flavor you can add. I wonder how normal people in the world would react to someone with this type of magic tradition when meeting them. Hmmm.
Having 3 spell slots per spell level is not a limiting ammount though, it's the standard that Bards, Clerics, Druids, Oracles, Witches and even Universalist Wizards use.

I think you made a mistake typing the second part, because Universalist doesn't get the same number of spell slots per level as a Sorcerer, despite if the Wizard is or isn't an Universalist, you have 3 spell slots per level and you can recover 1 slot using Drain Bond (Which is a Class ability you have despite which Arcane School you choose), Specialist have 1 extra slot per spell level but it can only be used to prepare spells from the school they are Specialized in.
Blood Siphon 1d12 per creature level of your character level, *whichever is lower.* Unless it's a level 12 Goblin that your level 12 caster is strapping to his back, your plan is going to give you 1d12 of healing/temporary hitpoints.
