Great video...wow can't believe smokey joes is still going ... haven't lived in Cornwall for over 30 years (Australia, NZ and now sw France) but still love watching vids from home
Hi Bud So, this 3 day trip was roughly as follows. I filled up the van ( so this would vary on if you want a full tank ) this cost me £135. The next 3 nights were stealth camping so didn’t have to pay for parking so that was a bonus. I bought items for the van food wise which came to about £20/30. Playing money was about £20 which included the £3 shower at the leisure centre. Eating out was £15 for breakfast then a £12 brekkie. It cost me £5 to get into the rugby, this was included in my playing money So if you didn’t include the fuel, 3 days away cost me about £70/80
@@nemoscamperadventures7563 all things considered just over £200 is a reasonable weekend away. You can definitely go cheaper if you wanted too. I think the only thing stopping me from doing this is the cost of the van itself
Wow I’ve hit Australia, so glad you’re looking at my content. All my vlogs are in the playlist but all videos are in order on another playlist. Keep enjoying

you left some bacon !!! criminal
lol sorry bud, I dropped it lol
Great video, this is something that I'm looking at doing. Are most leisure centres across the UK as accommodating @4:25 as this one ?
Glad you enjoyed it mate. In my personal opinion yes. The ones that say no I then just say no worries, one for swimming then please lol then go shower lol 😂
Thanks for the quick reply, looking forward to exploring the Uk.

That seems to be a regular place for van lifers Jamaica Inn
£10 a night to stay on their land
What's it all about leaving bacon 😉 , good videos 👍
It was a bit rank lol
Fair play from a Bristol van lifer. The day van works in your favour! Perhaps fewer grease burgers ha ha 🍔
💯 mate, I’m a nightmare for plugging nice places to eat lol
Great video
Thanks bud
Used to live in penzance right opposite the train station riveria hotel
It was the longest I spent down there
10/08/24 seen you yesterday going up Gloucester Road Staplehill about 12.00ish
Hey, yeah that was me buddy
How much was the second breakfast, that looked immense!
£12, much more for less than the first one
What blinds are you using in the cab for your stealth camping and Do you suffer with condensation with them!
I have black out curtains all around the inside. I’ll do a short later showing them and upload it for you. Yeah I get condensation but I have a window vac that gets rid of it lol
Do you pick the intro music?
Yes I use Epidemic Sound and I carefully choose the music to match the scene

So I'm confused...what is this thing about Cornwall and vanlife?
It was the fact that Penzance Leisure Centre welcome people there for showers as most places don’t allow it

15£ for a basic breakfast they musta seen ya coming a long way off .
Happy to Pay though as I was hungry but then the breakfast for £12 which was over twice the size was much more worth it
