Welcome as a member to the fam, really appreciate your support & next new vlog I will shoot (got some vlogs coming up which I already filmed) you will get a special Shout-Out as GOATED people deserve, best believe! I had fun making this one, my old vlogs I just walked into some hotels and did my little thingy, but now I had the opportunity to actually check things out in this hotel and deliver better information to my lovely viewers from the channel! I have some great ideas planned for in the coming future, looking forward to create those vlogs, new/different/unique content but always in my own style, I don't like to copy-cat people or do boring walk-tours like a lot do out here, it might get some more views from people aged 65+ , but I dont care too much about just the views, love those 65+ people also, don't get me wrong but I like to do my own thingy and make Cala d'Or Great Again ;) Yes this hotel is 100% the best I've been to so far, the room was so nice/modern, fantastic bathroom, and the bed also really nice, I slept like a baby. The views are top-notch, the food very good, I got some food-reviews coming up the next 2 vlogs! In main-season the prices here a quite high, but imho best to book a holiday out here at the beginning of the season (April/May) or the end of the season (September/October) prices are much lower and the weather is most likely better then where most tourists are coming from! Long story short, this hotel is Goated, and 100% a bang for your buck! I had a busy Sunday/Monday (duty calls) been at work, so didn't had much time to be on YT and respond, but now 2 days off, which is really nice :) Have a fantastic week & catch you in the next one! The thing is I love Mallorca I always have since I was a kid and I love watching videos when I'm not there to remind me what I am missing and your videos are the best most entertaining videos about cala d'Or out there. I love the humour and all the advice you give in your videos have been watching you for years now and always waiting for the next one, you are interested in very similar places me and the family visit so just makes sense to support the island files! We definitely will be looking at booking this one up for next year those views honestly look amazing and ferrera is pretty central to everything but also more quiet on evening than other spots so deffo to be considered. We are staying at the Ola cala d'Or apartments for 2 weeks in August it's the ones joint to tropical gardens so cannot wait to get back in the sun and enjoy if you are out there in August would love to meet up get a picture with yourself! I know not everyone is fan of my style of vids but the thing is, I try to show things from my own POV and not just promoting places because I know them, only the legit stuff/the real deal and try to have a laugh at the same time off course! Yes, indeed, a walk to Cala d'Or centre from this hotel, takes only 10 minutes more or less, and here it is nice and quite in the nighttimes, you will love it! When I'm back at it, I will try and give a go and check out Ola Cala d'Or apartments for ya, or you've seen that one already? I tried booking it for myself, but was only possible with a creditcard , so unfortunately I couldn't book it., I am staying at a hotel really close to this one, so will see what I can do! Awesome video, so useful for me 🙂 and of course I've been a good Kitty Cat, watching all your videos 😉 Just a few questions: - A recent review on TripAdvisor mentioned that you have to reserve your sun lounger by the sea-view pool really early to get one. I guess that was in high season? - In the gym, the dumb bells go up to... maybe 16kg max? - The buffet restaurant seemed a bit sterile and echo-y - did it feel like that in real life? I loved how you pronounced Gastro Bar, so Dutch/Spanish 😅 ...didn't care for the YNWA though, being a Chelsea supporter and member for over 20 years 😛 Looking forward to the food review next week, and to hopefully meet up in five weeks or so 👍
Sup Amigo! I'm glad you've been a good kitty cat and watched the full monty, makes me a happy Kitty! Regarding your questions, I don't think you need to reserve those sun loungers, the earlier you are there, the more choice you will have, wouldn't make sense honestly if you had to reserve those, will cost a lot of time and staff to take care of that, but as you saw there are plenty of them, so don't think you should worry about that, and if they are full, just walk to Cala Ferrera Beach, which is a great place to spend some time as well. About the dumb-bells, there where quite some available from what I remember, not to sure about the weights though, but I think probably from 1kg up to 15kg give or take. I have to say the gym looked really clean, enough space, definitely one of the better gyms Ive seen so far in my hotel raids. Most Hotels will have a smaller one (that's what she said) or really dated, like in Hotel Club Marthas in Cala Egos! If you really into GYMS, in Cala Egos there is one you can go also to, around the corner at Sparkles, looks pretty decent to me, and is only 2 years old, so might be worth to check out on your holidays! I have to say, at the breakfast (video is coming up) it was quite loud, but that was more because there where loads of people, but honestly it was not too bad, I enjoyed it, enough available seats, and the food was awesome, definitely bang for your buck! The buffet you can book also just for a night (you can just book it at the reception) me personally wouldn't book it for the whole holidays, dont go all-inclusive, because there are so much GEMS out there to check out, and for me that is also what holidays are about, to go out and check out the area, and eat at local restaurants and support those local bastards! Same with breakfast, but definitely worth to give a go once or twice in your holidays if you feel like a lazy kitty! Hahaha yeah brother I get you, if you don't support Liverpool you must *** it, me myself don't care about football honestly, but it is just the song playing in my head from time to time, but I do like the song, been through some *** but I know I never walk alone, got some lovely people in my circle, and because of the YT community I never walk alone in the vlogs but with you guys! And that's what the channel is all about! Yes, I'm looking forward also to go out there again, do my little ringy dingy and make Cala d'Or great again and have myself a little holiday at the same time, and off course, we can go meet up somewhere some night, and do some karaoke and embarras ourself haha! It sure does, great hotel to book your holidays and go for a buffet aswell. Normally I wouldn't book a buffet in a hotel, but this buffet definitely worth to book for a night and try it out! Cala dor centre has some brand clothing shops in the centre, small walk, from Barcelo AquaMarina maybe a 10/15min walk max
