It doesn't make any sense. You sound like a colonial apologist! Colonialism exacerbated Africa's poverty because resources that should have been used for its development were diverted to Europe. I agree that, to some extent, bad leadership has contributed to Africa's woe. Thiss is not the sole reason. The colonialists also contributed to Africa having bad leaders.
