a mimic fighter! very rare in a lot of fighting games believe it or not usually those kinds of fighters can save time and space but suprisingly never utlized that often
that's actually a good thing considering how much lower the aggregate skill level outside of the tournament scene is now compared to when fighting games had their heyday because a character like that requires you to know the entire roster those types of characters are not very casual friendly, and I've seen enough people struggle with Mojukin and Edge Master to know that for a fact
