I gotta say, the uppers from this video kinda scream “yeezy” I agree with what you’re saying wholeheartedly, but I think that it’s happened a couple of times in sneaker history. I absolutely agree yeezys have influenced design in the sense of shape. Yeezys are more fluid and have less edge shapes like squares and rectangles, etc. I don’t however think yeezys were the first time sneaker style began to change. In the 60s the style was more vans type shoes. In 85 it became more of a Jordan thing. What I’m getting at is that there was definitively evolution and thinking outside the box overtime, and i think yeezy was a significant step in that. However, it can be argued that when it comes to modern times, the outside the box thinking for adidas in terms of shape and new design and style didn’t start with Kanye, but instead started with the ultraboost, and then Kanye continued upon its legacy with yeezy. It’s true that yeezy predated the ultraboost, but it seems like the yeezy BOOST line only exploded after the ultraboost. Then again, that might have to do with the boost as opposed to actual style.
I normally wear size EU 41 (7 or 7,5 US) does this mean I should size down to EU 40 (US 7) in order to avoid feeling the shoe loose? I heard the material the shoe is made of actually stretches?
@redhabelbachir5428 yes. Converse run a half size small. And these do stretch. In reality, my foot is 11 inchs long. So I should wear a size 11. But in converse I wear a 10.5, 11 look like clown shoes.
I had a pair of Chucks customized & they look great, BUT NOT HAVING A COMFORTABLE INSOLE IN THIS DAY & AGE IS RIDICULOUS! FOR THE PRICE, COMFORT SHOULD BE A MUST!

I actually own two Chucks one is a counter climate and one that is made out of goretex and both are comfortable. This is coming from someone who hated chucks because they were uncomfortable and would cause the back of my heel to blister. The old school style is uncomfortable, the new ones are great. I'm pretty sure both of mine had ortholite insoles and they are comfy.
I probably got into shoes when I was around your age. Just remember one thing, and this is something I wish I realized sooner. It’s not about the hype. It’s about you. Like a shoe because you like it, not because others do. And sometimes others liking a shoe might be the reason you like it, but be aware of that. Don’t become hype-obsessed like some sneaker heads, because at the end of the day, they’re not true sneaker heads. They’re people who want to look cool. They’re people who don’t care about the history or the technology or anything like that. And that’s fine to a degree, but don’t let it consume you like they do. Be you. (And don’t go saying your age on the internet)
It’s dumb how they want to make these recycled material shoes that go for $110.00. They don’t pass the saving on to the customers. Screw recycled shoes if they aren’t going to pass the saving on to the customers. Adidas is just as guilty of this with the new parley boost at full price. Nope 🤡

I own the OG Chuck craters. Normally Chucks are super uncomfortable to me. But these are super comfortable, so much you do forget your wearing shoes.
