Everything that you are “wishing” for is the reason they added the the second bag so u can do hooks, and the extra padding can be put center poll for body shots

Gday, I got one yesterday however the strange side thing also. The side reflex ball, well its just a waste. You cant really use it due to the awkward angle and proximity to the main pole. Your spot on, forego the side reflex ball and maybe some mounted focus pads (which I am doing now). Great review, love you show. JB, Sydney AU

Get you a kick pad and strap it around the pole. I have the UFC brand kickpad (I don't kick), and put it around my reflex bag. It has a fixed strap and velcro. It doesn't fit super tight so I duct tape it at the top and bottom and it holds pretty great. I do not have a spar bar though and I think I love this!

Hi Carlo, your new toy looks like a lot fun for $300. The first thing that I think will improve its usefulness is the addition of a punching bag at the waist level and suspended on a second spinning bar that will provide more challenge if outfitted with sparring gloves. In fact I think this gadget can be upgraded into an Smart Sparring Partner with the addition of sensors, video camera, and a dedicated program to perform the task.

Buy a cheaper one these spar bar guys are just capitalising in on popularity by making themselves look pure popular. The equipment ain’t worth that for shit. Jokers.

I read terrible reviews for the ringside one, title boxing looks good, some lesser known brand names Peyton boxing from Australia pushes their product by linking it on TH-cam videos and reddit threads about Ryan Garcia and Tevin Farmer uses it.. and of course the Fierce cobra bag that Ryan Garcia’s dad makes for Ryan and Canelo
Have you tried any other brand of the spar bar? I almost got the title brand but i hesitated bcuz it seemed more wobbly then some others, but for $300, i wanna make sure i have smooth equipment, and a long enough "arm" to work with.

First of all Spar bar and this one doesn’t spin enough due to their little swivel system.
We made much bigger swivel bearing to hold heavy punches and we added body parts to train attacks. That bearings diameter is 1,5 inch. We made it 3,5 inch bearing

he explained that he wants the spinning bar to come at his face. he also said the drawback of that is that the ball is too high up

It’s easy to say that, when this people grew up in a better situation. the way the TH-camr pronounces his words, I bet he was born well fed, if you know what I mean. As a person who was born in the ghetto, and got out of it. I recommend reading books about finances and overall read books that can help you achieve greater success. Luckily I met a person who was knowledgeable about money and told me to do stuff like that. Most poor people never get to receive information like that, nor be around people that have information. Because everyone around them is poor. This people on the comment section have no idea 💡. They are like the horses that receive medical, and good care from their farmers, but the wild horse outside can beat the living shit out of them lol 😆

You should have bought the one with the foam for kicking. Do a little DIY, raise it and now you can throw bodyshots.

I purchased both the medium th-cam.com/users/postUgkxfh2XUOHWYHKQYOvSq2gZ6PyCmVkTFGWz and small speed bags from Meister. I'm very glad I got both as the workout is quite different from the two. The small is fantastic for getting your speed built up once familiar with your striking. The medium bag provides a considerable amount more resistance building more strength in your punches. I highly recommend both sizes.Some people have expressed concern over the latex bladder leaking down more frequently than the traditional rubber. I have not found this to be an issue at all.

Sometimes i wonder watching such reviews- do the creators of these products know abything about boxing and if yes than how much. Take for example the ball that high over the arm that you are not only punching up but also not punching at the proper target which is the chest and throat area. If your opponent knows what they are doing they will keep their chin not above the shoulder level.

I learned a lot of things from a military boxer (ex-US air force international team member turned coach) and his thing is basic is good, volume work (touch'em to death... lol) and punching to the throat and body (not the head).
