The story, Saoirse Ronan but most of all the way of filming makes this film a peace of true art masterpeace. Unconventional without taking you out of the story. Most artistic meant movies fail to keep you inside the story, this one does a great job. This is one of my top 10 movies of all times. Next to the godfather, the shawshank redemption, Leon and some other great movies, this was the last film that received a straight A or as we say in Europe: "a grade 10" movie, by me.

Yep. This is that movie that made me a fall in love with Saoirse Ronan. And since then, she's now grown into a fine lady. I hope to see more amazing movies with her in it. She's truly a captivating actress.

There's something so distinguishable about this filmmaking. the atmosphere, the scenes, the cuts, the color grade, the music, as if every move and pause had it's meaning to highten our watching experience. that's how it's supposed to be done. it's like watching an art piece. i tired to watch the series, and unfortunately, it hasn't got the same feel to it. but it's not bad at all though

I remember being so mesmerized by Saoirse in Atonement, then I started admiring her fully after watching This movie, she's such a brilliant actor. This is great movie with amazing soundtrack, one of my favorite Saoirse movies.
2:23 That sound, it's in my head for eternity 😏 The scene in the abandoned theme park, trying to escape and hide to that agent. I love the aesthetic of it. The scene that etched in my mind since I watch this in HBO.
Super underrated movie. And this is a godawful trailer. Way to underutilize the cinematography, silence, soundtrack and symbolism that made this movie spectacular
Then you do it and show us how it's done. Otherwise STFU! You're comparing what they did in a 2 min trailer to the full length feature which runs almost 2hrs and your expectation is that the trailer mimic the film in every aspect possible? Very unrealistic expectation, if you ask me. Theres no way they could've captured everything to the T in a 2min trailer. You fuckin kids luv to sit behind your computers and criticize other ppls work, when you yourself have probably never edited a film or put together a trailer.

Just viewed the first episode of the 2019 t.v. series Hannah, I didn't even know this movie existed. With the television series first episode I thought the writing was good and acting above par but I noticed several things that were unexplainable like where did Hanna's Father get all the tools and supplies to build their shelter and where did he get their ammo for training? Still it is well written and well acted so I recommend watching it. Now that I know this movie exist it's next on my list.

Saw this movie for the 1st time on July 27, 2024 after stumbling upon the trailer and having an instant gut feeling that I needed to watch it. Well, I had no regrets. Better late than never. 👍

I saw the 2011 tag before I watched it. After the movie, I just literally went to check again to be sure. It was way ahead of its time. Really good movie one of the few I wouldn't mind watching again
Years ago I saw this movie completely blind. I had only a vague misunderstanding of a possible plot and was wonderfully surprised. The soundtrack also rips.

(Spoiler) If Marissa wanted Hannah dead why didn't she take the shot in the end like she did with Erik? Feels like she didn't attack Hannah until she had no option.

April 8th of this year (2021) is gonna mark this movie's 10 year anniversary, and I've never seen it. I may have caught bits on TV and may have a clip or two, but I've never experienced it in its entirety. Gonna need to keep an eye out for this movie.
My favourite movie.
I wanted to like this move, but I was already dreading it just a few minutes in. I put it on my watch later list in less than 4 minutes. I'll circle back to it when there is nothing more to watch.
Badass movie I do recommend. Also most the sound track is by the chemical brothers super cool music.
