@@InsaanPlus 1. Unbox and Prepare the Microphone
      • Remove the PodMic USB and included accessories from the box.
      • Attach the PodMic to a compatible microphone stand or boom arm using its built-in mount.
      2. Connect the Microphone
      • Plug the included USB-C cable into the microphone’s USB-C port.
      • Connect the other end to your computer or compatible device.
      • Ensure your device has a USB-C or USB-A port (use an adapter if necessary).
      3. Set Up on Your Computer
      • Windows:
      • The microphone should be automatically recognized.
      • Go to Settings > Sound and select “PodMic USB” as the input device.
      • Mac:
      • Open System Preferences > Sound, and choose “PodMic USB” as the input source.
      • Software (e.g., Zoom, OBS, or Audacity):
      • Select “PodMic USB” as your microphone in the app’s settings.
      4. Adjust the Gain and Settings
      • Use the Rode Connect app (free download from Rode’s website) to:
      • Adjust microphone gain.
      • Apply effects like noise reduction, compression, or EQ.
      • Enable features like the Aphex audio processor for enhanced sound quality.
      5. Start Recording or Streaming
      • Open your recording or streaming software.
      • Test the audio levels and make adjustments using the Rode Connect app or your software’s audio settings.
      6. Optional Monitoring
      • If the PodMic USB has a headphone monitoring jack, connect your headphones to it for real-time monitoring.
      7. Use Proper Mic Technique
      • Speak directly into the front of the microphone (not the sides or back).
      • Maintain a consistent distance of about 6-12 inches for optimal sound quality.
      • Use a pop filter or windscreen if necessary to reduce plosives.
