amazing insights on a very lame Q(lame for experts in real estate),i learned alot thru this simple explanation n debunk...sometimes,some may think they knw evrything,until Sean comes along!haha...tq Sean...very detailed elaborate explanation in 10mins..u make such a good cikgu/sifu....yes agreed,real estate investing,buy n sell is a very long process!even after watching sooo many house makeover shows from US,i just fitted the puzzle where most flippers r indeed the contractors/renovators themselves!as an individual flipper,who needs to engage sooo many services from 3rd parties-it pretty much true enuff-not worth the effort,risk,time for a meager gain!
