The video is actually longer. Amber takes back the camera and leaves the room laughing, knowing she'd accomplished making him look bad on camera. The reason Johnny was drinking and upset that morning is that he had just found out he had lost 700 million dollars, as it was revealed that the people he had trusted with his finances had stolen from him as well as committed tax fraud in his name for years, his mother was also on her death bed. So, seeing this clip in its context, imagine how absolutely soulless and narcissistic one must be to set up their husband in that position... She's making it about her, saying "nothing even happened this morning, why are you angry?" when she knew very well what had happened to him that morning. The supposed images and scenarios that she has amitted as evidence of him abusing her have all been debunked. I also want to preference, that Johnny Depp has struggled with drug abuse since age 13, however that has always been a personal struggle for him, it never affected anyone else than himself. There are many functioning drug addicts, who are good employees, good parents, and partners, and Johnny Depp is an example of this. His daughter has spoken up for him so have all his ex-partners.

I've been very impressed with the psychologist on the stand. She's very cool and confident in her answers and very knowledgeable. Also, being a psychologist means that she knows when the lawyers are trying to manipulate her to answer in specific ways, and she is very firm in clarifying what they are trying to obscure. I'd like to see more of that in trials.

I have served on FIVE juries! Three civil, two criminal. When questioned by the lawyers during selection I tell them that I am a Mechanical Engineer by profession (now retired). When they ask me what area I concentrated on I tell them I spent the majority of my professional career (20+years of it) in Forensic Failure analysis. You can really see people's ears perk up at that point! Anyway, I pay close attention all during the trial, and take extensive notes. Comes in handy during deliberations when I can refer back to them. Many times I can see the Judge out of the corner of my eye and he's looking at me ... Point is that you get a pro on the stand like this psychologist you can instantly tell they know their "stuff". Conversely, you get someone on the stand that is lying, or has been coached to tell "lies of omission", you can spot them instantly!

As a woman and survivor of spousal abuse, Amber is lying like a rug! She has now made it harder for anyone male or female who has had to endure such atrocities to be taken seriously.
It’s particularly harder for men because there are only a handful of shelters in USA with zero gov funding while the thousands of woman’s shelters got 50 million from just the recent Covid bills (look up the bills if you don’t believe me, filled with gendered language that’s exclusive to women). Don’t get me wrong these programs should help women but exclusively isn’t equality especially when mens issues are underfunded and ignored. We just don’t have the empathy of the average person or national platform of feminism using its massive lobbying power.
Gets worse when you find out women’s groups created and lobbied the Duluth model into use in 38 states where the man will always be arrested by default. Taking a look at the thousands of domestic abuse studies since the 70s and gov stats will expose a big problem. Women initiate the majority of domestic abuse cycle, reciprocal domestic abuse isn’t gendered with nearly identical stats 50/50 perpetrators, and in non reciprocal domestic abuse it’s majority women again abusing. Something that’s reflected in child abuse (almost double mothers to fathers on abusers), and in same sex couples. Yet the propaganda always pushes abuse being gendered and soley men erasing the male victims.
Gets to be a hard subject to deal with because the women’s groups stand directly in front of equality and there has to be a hard conversation about the role women play in abuse across the board. This Johnny Depp trial seems to be a pivotal moment. I hope it’s not wasted.

Depending on where it happens it is usually a legal violation but many people do not press charges against spouses and family. It is an intrusion of privacy for sure however.

@@violetflame2111 I think that it's a worse violation in this case because this would be like if I spent an hour poking you to get you so annoyed and upset or in one video JD hears he was swindled out of half a billion dollars, his mother is ill/dying, and he knows his wife has likely cheated with two different men. . . . .and after I poked you for an amount of time to get you so riled up and at your emotional height. . . . .only then do I start recording and I start talking sweet like I have no idea I have been poking you non stop. It's not only a violation in the way of personal space but it's more a violation because we don't get the entire picture and get a set up to violate someone's emotional vulnerabilities.
I say this as someone who worked security and knows many people who have cameras throughout their homes to record, especially people like JD and AH where housekeepers, large parties, or others may be over to the home and these record 24/7 to a DVR or hard drive. You can catch a housekeeper stealing or deals going down wrong or an obsessed fan breaking into JD/AH home. However, you get the WHOLE PICTURE. You don't only get the response to someone antagonizing another but you get the antagonizing as well. We only get snippets where AH puts on this sweet voice after the antagonizing has occurred and someone is already upset. We miss context in the way taking one sentence from a book without reading the book can be entirely taken wrong. The fact she recorded these without his knowledge or consent is another problem vs having video security throughout the entire home to get a full objective picture. That is where I feel the violation is the set up/antagonizing by the SO (AH), then acting sweetly while recording without context. A real human with empathy would go hug their spouse or tell them they are there for them and wouldn't have antagonized them or recorded them when they are down and out to be shown on national TV. This shows much more about AH imo than about JD. A cam off Amazon that people would not notice to record the entire thing is like $50 to $100 max for a good quality one so why is she using her phone for these things and not setting up a full camera in the living room or place where "violence" happens or at the center of the home so we could at least hear things going down??? imo AH staged this and JD needs some serious hugs for the level of vulnerability he is being forced to show the public in this trial. He is being truly vulnerable about his issues and we see him at his emotional highs and lows with no context for his regular emotional status because we don't have video/audio of that. JD is so brave in this trial.

One thing that I find really telling is the fact that Amber had no issue with walking around naked in the presence of her assistant. I find that one of the most disrespectful things a person can do. My biggest hope from all of this is that it shines a blinding light on the growing violence against men and how the whole notion of "believe all women" without proof is harmful.
There is no growing violence against men. Being more visible, doesn't mean it's growing violence.
I am a woman and I wasn't believed. Not all women are believed or taken seriously and look at Gabby Petito as proof of when cops should have taken another minute instead of justifying the situation to her fiance that she just had anxiety because maybe she had a reason to have anxiety? Many women are not believed by legal authorities. I had physical proof and medical notes and my shoulder was dislocated and I wasn't believed. It took me two years and 4 mo to be able to walk without a cane and I wasn't believed as a woman. I had three separate psychologists diagnose me with extreme PTSD and battered woman's syndrome and I wasn't believed. Not all women are believed or many more would be alive today.
I will say what I do hope this does is shed light that abuse can be female on male or same sex on same sex as AH proves both from JD to her previous girlfriend/wife? That there needs to be supports in place for men as when I did go to a DV center and I have been in DV groups even anonymously, men find it hard to participate as women blame men and not the man that hurt them. DV shelters are aimed at women. Men are left with little in the way of support, places to go, and even in a support group may be attacked by other participants for their gender, which is just not OK.
I do believe that placing this absolute and full blind trust in someone who claims DV without ever checking into it (the proof you speak of) is a problem as AH was pretending to be some ambassador for DV women's rights when she had never been through any DV and actually harmed those who actually have by lying about it for attention and fame. I still think she believes what she did is admirable and did not actually undermine real women who have actually lived with DV and been brutally attacked by a partner. Her selfishness and thoughtlessness for others knows no bounds and she actually committed DV on her ex female SO.
On a personal note, with the extreme "feminism" ideas being brought into culture it seems women want all of the rights and equalities of men AND someone to blame but not the accountability that comes with it. Ex: of Fame and Bad Public Behaviors but it's like females should just get away with things because they are females and can act cute and talk sweet and blow a kiss . . . .and that is not a healthy world. Equality means equality and accountability for all. I agree that violence against men is growing due to this idea being spread imo but when it comes to being accountable for our actions the same as a man, well then women want to dip out. I don't think those who pushed this heavy feminism theory thought about the idea of "With great power comes great RESPONSIBILITY" and with no longer having men to blame that means looking at ourselves, women, as being a contributing factor to the problem, like AH is. Looking at and working on yourself is much harder than blaming others.
@Aþort Mən ×͜× When the lawyer asked the therapist why she said they were both abusive the therapist responded that it was purely due to Amber's reporting and JD never admitted to major confrontations and always tried to recuse himself so the idea that they were both abusive was only based on AH's reporting. The judge in the UK trial also ruled based on a lie Amber Heard told as well as the type of suit JD filed. JD filed that the Sun could not publish what they did and that it was defamatory. The Sun proved that due to the fact that Amber Heard was their source they were relying on a source and that is how they are allowed to publish stories. This time JD is directly suing Amber heard. In the UK trial the judge also stated that due to the fact Amber Heard had stated on UK national television (a source the Sun could refer to) that she donated all of the money she got from the divorce to the non profit groups, one of which was a children's hospital, that she was not in it for defamation, money, or revenge. . . . . . . .however as we know she didn't donate that money like she said she did. She lied about it on national TV. The Sun paper was still able to use it as a source however. He could make the paper potentially publish a retraction if he proved it was all lies but the damage was done.
This time JD is not going after the paper that published what Amber Heard said but is going after her for actual defamation of his character that has been ongoing. He lost in the UK due to the paper basically saying "We had to believe our source and what was said on National TV and told to us". Here, JD is going after her directly for continuing to say and make false accusations. This is a torte suit and is different than what he did in the UK and has entirely different rules and is going about things in a completely different manner.
As a DV survivor I was advised by my lawyer I could not make statements about my ex that were not PROVEN in court, whether criminal or in my Divorce, so if I named my ex and said he is a wife beater when there is no charges that back that up I could be sued for defamation. That is the issue at stake here. Saying "I was in a toxic relationship" to a magazine" is a LOT different then telling Disney that JD is a wife beater and costing him a job. A LOT different legally speaking if it has not been proven in a court of law. That is actual defamation because in the USA you are innocent until proven guilty so until he is proven guilty by a criminal justice system or in their divorce it was documented that he did hit her as many divorces are a matter of public record, then you can't go around making allegations, especially when it interferes with people's jobs and lives. Also, if the therapist did not witness the "wife beating" then it is still only a reporting from Amber Heard. Therapists can only testify to their knowledge and can not confirm or deny something did or did not happen because they weren't there. She is alleging criminal behavior from JD that has not been proven in a court of law. While I agree and understand how damaging emotional abuse is, it is not illegal or a crime despite the fact you can have PTSD from it. Making an allegation of criminal behavior that is unproven is an entirely different issue and is absolutely defamatory in the USA.
The one problem that even feminists should stand for, is that women who falsely accuse men of things they did not do, make it obscenely more difficult for when real women who have actually been assaulted to find justice.
The point of feminism is to have equality. Which means treat everyone the same. Believe women and men equally. Punish women and men who lie equally.
That video was taken maliciously on that morning because his mother just died. She was trying to bait and catch him falling apart cause her previous efforts weren’t working the way she wanted them to. She’s evil. Anyone who would secretly video their significant other in their lowest moments and in pain is a vile monster

for me the whole key that gives everything away is that you have a woman pretending to be a wife who photos and videos and audio records her mate at his worst. she doesn't console or comfort. she doesn't conceal or shield. she records and exposes him - in his home! that shows me everything I need to know about Amber Heard.

I had a friend punch me in the arm when we were just joking around. He had only one ring on and he took an entire chunk out of my arm. He wasn’t even trying to hurt me. If Johnny was punching her repeatedly in the face to the point where she “lost count”, her face would be unrecognizable. Especially with the fist full of rings he wears. It would be essentially the same as if he were wearing brass knuckles. I’ve never experienced DV but I did have a bad experience which I’d rather not say on here but I will say truthful women like myself can detect a liar from a mile away and Amber is a liar.
In the 'photos' she took of her 'bruises' it honestly looks like she put on blush and took a photo. I'll also note that for most of the counter evidence her team has provided so far, they have not provided the time and date when they were taken. Meaning they could have been taken way earlier or way later than when they were supposedly taken.

The objection the lawyer made sounded funny for sure. The witness stated that the doctor told him, this statement is hearsay in a criminal court hearing not a civil hearing. I think the Attorney heard the queue “told me” and immediately objected. The attorney was wanting to know what the witness saw or knew not what was told. This is a civil case and that objection wouldn’t stand.
In any case I hope Amber loses. She isn’t a good person at all. She may have the looks and the sex appeal but she has nothing else… she’s a bad human.
On what grounds do you think hearsay is okay because its civil and not criminal? My understanding is the rules of evidence are the rules of evidence and there are a few rules with specific application unique to criminal trials.
@@thomasfrederick71 if asking what a doctor told you and you say i was told then they object for hearsay then yet it will not stand. you have to know the context he asked what he was told not what he had seen therefore objecting for hearsay when asking what someone is told will not stand in the court of law. if he was smart he wouldn't have done that as that makes it weird as to why he would object the answer to the question he asked. you have to wait till they tell the details then object for hearsay not right as soon as they say i was told...
i hope this clears it up for you. the rules of evidence are one thing but civil court is mostly evidence based on stories and hearing things from 3rd parties like their doctors etc. this is mostly said to and from the client and lawyer. So the hearsay won't work in civil court it's just a failed attempt to trap the witness and to make the witness sound invalid or as a liar.

I did not know they had drugs in their blood, I was told. The defense would try to stop me as soon as I said “I was told…”. This is a ploy attorneys do in hopes the information gets out for the jury to think about. Even if it is stricken the damage was done.
In civil court though, if the same question was asked it would be admissible and no objection could be made.

Their base won't care too much, as the ends always justify the means to them. And I would agree that this is too much of a dirty laundry situation for all to see, but it's yet another piece of the puzzle that is uncovering the collusion in the left-dominated spheres of influence, so I am glad Johnny brought this case against Heard directly, instead of publications like WaPo, as it still shows their connection to this whole thing, whilst actually giving Depp a chance to win (and to win on multiple fronts, whether he knows it or not).

I just got out of a similar relationship like this and my ex girlfriend had been diagnosed with both borderline personality disorder and histrionic personality disorder not long ago (same as Amber).This is a very real and very serious mental illness and relationships with loved ones are what it destroys the most when it comes to others. I do not wish such a relationship on anyone, even my worst enemies in life. It leaves you financially and emotionally drained, depressed, afraid, and completely broken and discarded. The feeling from being completely painted black and labeled a monster by someone you once loved and trusted is indescribable in these situations. You do everything you can think of to try to be supportive and understanding, hopeful and optimistic that one day things will get better, however you are let down every single time. Anyone dealing with this crap just know you are not alone and your best interest for your own livelihood is to get out. G-d bless

However this person continued to lie and lie and lie and it got to a place where if opposing counsel filed another motion without "fact checking" their client to prove that s/he had the documentation to be filing another motion I would be filing an ethics complaint because we all knew this client just openly lied to their own counsel over and over and over again. With AH behavior and history of lying I would say her lawyers had to believe her and could only fact check so much of what she told them. They got the short end of the stick on a case that the facts don't support she will likely win and my personal GUESS is that she lied to her lawyers and now they are dealing with many fallouts from Elon Musk, James Franco, Jason Mamoa, etc. not going to testify. What lawyer really thinks to fact check a make up that is sold in Target stores when your client is someone who could afford to get MAC cosmetics and have it custom mixed? They are using very generic legal tactics for cross examination that are not working well and making them look unfriendly to the jury imo. EX: The housekeeper from AUS whom was calm and concise but when AH's team did cross they used a spitball method of firing off many questions to try and throw him off his game and get him to slip up or get him upset and instead it made them look overly aggressive with a cooperative witness. On another less stable witness it may have worked but he was being respectful so approaching with more tact may have been a better call. We saw them try to do a word salad with the questions about dinner at JD's house and the witness stayed consistent. These are all legit methods to try with witnesses to get them to admit to something or throw them off but some of it is based on a game plan that AH has told them about what "really happened" according to AH's narrative.
AH told her legal team whatever she told them and it is all entered into court documents, Affidavits, with witnesses set up months in advance, etc. If she misled them, which I believe, then that is on her to give them false information which they formed a plan around. The only salvage here is for AH to wake up and see what everyone else is seeing and look at the jury and wipe that smug grin off her face and go and strategize with her legal team. If she wants them to go softer and take a different approach then she needs to say that as she is in charge and they are her attorneys. If she wants to not be humiliated and settle then she needs to say something. Her lawyers are playing the hand they got dealt and I can tell you that is incredibly hard when your client is not open and honest with you. She made the bed by telling them whatever she did and now she either lies in it or takes the reins and does something about it. She has limited choices however because many things are already submitted. Do NOT lie to your lawyers. Listen to their advice and really take it to heart. Lawyers have always told me if their clients actually listened to them and were honest with them EVERYONE'S lives would be so much easier.
Do not forget she also picked these people to represent her based on whatever research she did on her own to verify they were good civil trial lawyers. Some of the mistakes pointed out show a lack of significant experience in an actual trial setting and going back to the school handbag of legal tricks for cross examination. Experience tends to be a good teacher for how juries and how trials really goes over schooling. This is a televised civil trial where they got the short end of the stick and are making due so I expect there is a LOT of stress. If you don't trust your lawyers and the lawyers can't trust the client it tends to be very messy and more damage control than a smooth presentation. You can tell JD has faith in his Legal Team and that they know the in's and out's of everything while AH's team are having to react a lot. Their plan of painting JD like he buys everyone or following AH's narrative is not working very well and like I said, only AH can fix this issue with her legal team.
