For me, this is one of the smoothest sounding top ends i've heard in dynamics. From what you're saying it would probably fit my voice pretty well cause I'm a low bass. The xm8500 is mud boom town for me
And I don't understand how he's not hearing low end in this mic. He needs to get his ears checked. He wants something incredibly boomy to the point of ridiculous I think. This mic here sounds like it has the right amount of bass to me. But if I had to play devil's advocate for a second, if he doesn't like it for his voice then that's what matters. I just can't understand him saying it has NO bass lol.

I could see it working for someone with a deeper voice. For me it's a smidge too thin.
Sounds fantastic especially for the price it's even better!
Suits your your type of voice 👍

Makie Em 89d vs ahuja pro+3400 which one is better
Can this Mic Pair with Any of the Mackie THump Series speakers?
I have no idea what Mackie Thump is. But this is just a standard XLR microphone.
All you're doing is repeating yourself over and over again on the same sort of vague talking points. My only take away is that you don't like it.
