Hi Steven, I've had this and as as you say it is very restrictive, not to mention painful. I'm a sheet metalworker and spend all day standing, usually carrying a lump of metal too. I was referred to my hospital (eventually) where moulds were taken of my feet, special hard insoles were made and it was cured in short time. I wear them at work and even rectified my posture, I've been pain free now for a decade. I hope you are free of this horrible condition soon.
Warmest regards from Mallorca. Wishing you well, we will all be here when you are able to make new content. I’ve just come out of surgery today to have a new ligament in my thumb and a stuck in hospital! Light duties for me for 6 weeks. I’m like you, never normally stopped! Take care , do what you have to do and stay happy kindest regards, Ralph 😊😊
Hope for better health quickly. As someone who has had 10 hours under the knife this year I empathise greatly. I have to wear boots at night that make me look like Sonic the Hedgehog so I'm with you in that club. Having said that my main impediment for filming at present is the weather and two more operations so I'm out of action too for the time being Get well soon mate. Enjoy your videos immensely ❤
I am sorry to hear that, I am also suffering from the same problem. I am a teacher and an avid runner. I stopped all exercise activities in the hope that it will go away but unfortunately not. I only wear sport shoes with lots of padding and have returned to my exercise. I wish your's get better but I don't think mine will after nearly 3 years. Not exercising did not do any good to my mental and physical health. Good luck👍👍
I also have PF too. Off to see a specialist next week. Just watched the Penguin on Sky and he has a better gait than me currently! It is so painful in the mornings. A good friend of mine has had it and recovered wearing exactly what you have on. He did say it took three months wearing it in bed. Hope it eases up. I feel your pain, literally.
@@ednasdiscomachine6049 Sorry to hear you have it too but interesting to know that the boot could take that long to work. I was close to giving up on the wretched thing!
I had this I beleive for the first time a few years ago. And because of that, what happened for the first day is that I would hunt around for the drawing pin or needle that I thought I was treading on in my living room. And I could never find it, it felt like a huge pain on contact with floor then nothing, I looked for the expected blood too. Not a mark. I had to do this a stupid amount of times and hunting to realise it was my foot that was the problem. And I had a cause the previous day or so I had walked a fair way in welly boots. I hadnt worn wellies since a child. Its a stupid thing to do. Think it took awhile to heal. But luckily it was sporadic during the injury time.
I had something called crows foot 🙄 took weeks to mend and like you i am never sick and will battle on regardless. Mine was on the heel and I've no idea of it's cause. Of course I didn't see the doctor, just hobbled along till it was better. I'd be jumping in and out of the van all day but stairs really got me 🙄
i feel for you! i woke up a few days ago with a right foot resembling a balloon.. apparently in my sleep i must've caught the big toe in the quilt and yanked it out. hospital say ive damaged tendons and nerves. so ive been limping with extreme pain for 2 days.. and now day 3 my left foot is bruised as hell on the bottom from the limp and over compensating for weight when walking. now its incredibly hard to walk with 2 dodgy feet.. but im managing, all be it VERY slowly. i can completely relate to the pain chart! i swear feet are the worst thing to have issues with. hopefully you can access crutches and a chair regularly at minimum 😂😂
just dont use pain killers, pharma drugs will shave years of life expectancy, get a legitimate contact and get strong thc oil, it will help. my country actually prescribes the oil for this , that and rest

@@wrkmbla Very kind - Thank you!
Stand on the edge of a step on the ball of your feet. Raise up down for 10 reps then 10 more. This will help.
