Actually this is a different version entirely. Lonely-man's Lazarus used the distorted version from the album. This version has both versions overlayed with each other with other demos and instrumentals from Hawaii Partii and Hawaii Part II Part II
The comment section under the original video I got the footage from shed some light on a few holes in said footage that reveal it being an actor. Apparently a lot about it is inaccurate to actual electrocution. So no, thankfully. Still effective though
