As in, a Taurus Sun in 3rd House in opposition to Pluto and trine Mars will probably play out quite differently than a Taurus Sun in 10th House conjunct Saturn and square Neptune..

Xavier's Cugat birth time may be a little off-- he is near the cusp. Every minute is 4˚, no? That would explain it.
