Thanks for the insights. I picked one up off Amazon and think it could be useful for travel/run and gun documentaries. My only complaint is it doesn't come with an easy way to mount it on a light stand where the Ulanzi one has a mounting plate.

I think for the price this is a fantastic solution. I’d like to see some 1x1 or 2x2 versions.

That would be cool. A follow up to this episode will drop tomorrow.

Interesting. Thank you for checking them out. When I travel to India I tend not to take any lights because of size and weight but it may be worth having a couple of these with me as I can charge them from a power bank. Do they run from a power bank I wonder ie charge while on? On the blowing up by mouth my only concern with that would be introducing condensation in the light which may be a problem over time.
Once again thank you for the review.

Hi Jem did you get to ask Aputure or heard at NAB what came of their acquisition of Prolycht? Ted said then they would combine the best of both worlds of RGBWW and RGBACL but haven’t seen what has come out of that promise

Great question but I, unfortunately, did not ask them at the show. I'll try to remember to at CineGear.
