I have severe OSA. had internal nose job and vulva removed. think it is my tounge and throat passage. iam for England. how much if had to pay for this???? cash
Cut happy butchering is a thing of the past. Look into aspire. Small implant that sends mild stimulation to open up the airway. Two hour outpatient procedure.
I had uapp surgery and my apnea came back after a year. The surgery is very invasive and the recovery was the most pain I have ever felt. On the plus side I lost 20 pds in two weeks. I simply could not eat. To painful. Look into aspire. Covered by most insurance. Implant that sends a mild stimulation to open up the airway while sleeping. Covered by most insurance. Not tethered to a machine. 70 to 80 percent success rate. Outpatient procedure. Game changer. Sont go to the butcher.
Yeah most of the soft tissue surgeries have relapse which is a big issue. Inspire, weight loss, jaw surgeries such as MMA or EASE, those ones are the best. Depends on the person as well, if you're thin but have a small jaw then jaw surgery may make more sense. If you have a large jaw Inspire may make more sense. Pity with jaw surgery is few surgeons know how to do a sleep apnea MMA properly and safely.
cpap is not a fix
I hate the cpap
Definitely more money to be made In this as opposed to radiofrequency ablation.

if you can remedy the apnea with tongue movement stimulation. Not sure if this would help if one has soft palate/Uvula issues.
