sorry to disappoint you, but since Winterblessed Diana is a legendary skin, it will NEVER go on sale again, because Legendary skins only go for sale once and it already did. and since legendary skins also only appears on specific "my shop" and it tends to not repeat the same skins on two "my shop"s, the chance to see the same same legendary skin twice is barely none. so, if you are still a sale to buy this one.... i have bad news for you :(
For winterblessed I've lost hope but battle queen has no excuse of being legendary or sth so it should go on sale at some point Don't know when was last time, i hadn't played league till early this year
