Tornador Z010 Classic Not Spraying Properly

If your Tornador is not spraying properly here is how you can get it fixed and working as it should.

I have the tornado black, went to use it today and to my surprise there is extremely low pressure and the tip will not oscillate. It isn't the compressor...i have checked other air tools no problem. Have any ideas? Thanks
