In old souls, when I invaded, I also drank my potions at the end of the fight when the host kept drinking them during the duel.
“I’m going up on this elevator- No I’m not!” is Chase’s way of saying “I’m not trapped in here with you, you’re trapped in here with me.”
That second invasion was brutal, 3 powerful ranged ganks and you still showed them up, I bet you were in their nightmares that night haha
I am a crossfade enjoyer. Makes the presentation subtly more slick. Very nice.
Also any build with the silly mushroom hat goes hard, and this is no exception. I’ve been known to dabble in the three hit poisonous bleed build myself.
Once you proc the poison you can switch to the twinblade talisman for a 40% buff to the final hit of a combo which is only three swings on that big ol’ sword you’re holding.
If you have stamp as your AoW you can use it to skip the first swing of the combo and make the buff proc sooner.
Do with that knowledge as you will.

That first invasion ended like my time at YMCA.
Alot of people dont like it, but the stronger poison from poisoning with moth flight is good to roll catch with, and then you can use it again to remove the poison and cash out burst damage. If you bleed at the same time, its a big hit.

You should put poison moth flight on a weapon for the burst damage it's not seen very often and with your roll catching skills you'd devastate teams with it.

Erdtrees favor +2 is the best talisman imo. Every build I make I only consider 3 talisman slots because I have to wear the erdtree's favor

-Death anything, whether it is death sorceries or eclipse shotel or death lightning or Family Heads or Rosus' Axe (cuz the WA is way better than Tibia's Summons). Just something death-y. Celebrant's Skull can be infused with Waves of Darkness (

Poison can be pretty fun with shield crash
Poison / Blood Shield Crash with a chase weapon
Lets you keep up the pressure
Shield bash poison blood is also pretty good
All about attacking through attacks and not letting them have breathing room
GodSkin Washcloth activates almost every time with a single shield crash giving you a nice heal
They could try and stop the bleed and poison with boluses or trying to heal but that just opens them up for a free smack
Me on the other hand don’t like to think and swing freely which makes me very weak to parries so I use flails
So, I know you often love the claymores pierce heavy on your strength builds. Have you done a build centered around stacking axe and spear talisman together? I've had a lotta fun with a bluedancer charm build recently that focuses on empowering the Braggart's roar heavy with the roar axe and spear talisman. And while I doubt the blue dancer part would work in blenders during invasions, there was an insane amount of trades I could make with just a Banished Knights Halberd and the 5 poise my pants had (Arguably too many trades, but seeing as this is the first bluedancer/Flynn build I've had fun with since DS2, I'm willing to overlook it. I still got hit hard in the trades. It's just weird how little poise matters in 1v1s thanks to how hyper armor works right now.) The way braggarts roar heavy carried me forward during the charge attack also made for really interesting spacing and mind games.
Most of the time trades were around 1000 damage, but once I did as much as 1900 on a fully charged heavy counter hit.

It would be kind of funny to se a video where you try to use the flails and see how much damage you could do with them. Maybe like the chainlink flail with stormcaller and bleed or frostbite.

Chase, how do you make all these new builds? Are you making new characters, going through Ng+, or have you added extra larval tears through other means?
just download from the cloud and you have infinite respec, i have a level 1 wretch with all weapons spells and upgrade materials and can make any build any level and then just reload save to start over from level 1.

Chase since you're on the str/arc builds these days, I'd recommend trying out fingerprint shield with shield bash + blood warped axe with barbaric roar. Not super strong but very niche and fun unga bunga.

If you use poison mist on the greatstar you heal per tick when the enemy is INSIDE the poison cloud i tested it on an omen with and without hitting him directly its for sure when they stand in the cloud haven't tested it in pvp tho

Hello friend, could you make a build of a Gelmir Knight? 🙏🏻 It's practically a build that no one has done before and it's very good if you combine it with Magma Sorceries.
