I started my Margaux collection from 10 and enjoyed it. But wanted a bigger one. Still as a person who doesn’t like big bags, I could not switch to 15. So the launch of 12 was exactly my story! I wear them all with a such a pleasure and cannot stop myself from buying more colors and textures….
Thank you for this review - very helpful as always! I just got my M10 2 days ago - a baby in black pebble, absolutely in love. I love the wide opening that is so easy to access my things inside. I can’t wait to get another big one, although I’m not sure if I should settle on a 15 or 17. Would love to see how you style your M10. Much love ❤
Yay! The pebble version is so nice :) I showed a few ways to style it in this video and also have use it in a couple of shorts on TH-cam- have you seen them?
Hello Neelam! Is the handle height on the 10 easy to slip your hand through and wear the handbag on the crook of the arm? I’m curious about the 12 though. Seems like that size would be absolute perfection for a petite woman. Investing in a bag sometimes makes it hard to make decisions. That’s why I love your videos!
I just ordered a 10 in the color muschio. I’m 5’1 and I wanted to start small. I haven’t seen it in person and I hope it works for me. Please do a review on the row leathers and colors and how to match them with different outfits. It’ll be fun and helpful. Thank you!

Hi Neelam, are you familiar with the Salik coat, there's one on sale? What is the 'scuba material like ? Does it offer warmth ( I assume its like diving suits) , and your kind opinion regarding the proportions of this coat for a gent? Cheers , Vincent
Am familiar and own it 😉 / it’s a light scuba material - very cool actually. I think this is a great piece. Not warm though! I took an xs and it’s floor length and I’m 5’2”
A very helpful review. Can you tell me how the naturally grained saddle leather compares to the grained calfskin… I’m wondering which of the two will resist scratches more. Thanks again for the review.
The 10 looks wonderful on you! It's just a shame we don't have a boutique for The Row in my country b/c I'd be curious to see what the 10 vs the 12 looks like on my 5'8" frame.
I’m just below that height and it’s not my favourite size. I prefer big bags or the 10. It’s not really about height so much as it is about the structure of the bag. The 12 is more structured than the 15 and 17 and when worn crossbody, can look awkward on a shorter person unless it’s worn with the right outfit (big coat).
I think if the 12 is carried in hand by a petite person it would look very nice. Almost like a first step into the big bag category. And definitely a practical day to day size. And with the strap, the option to go hands free is always there.
Hi Neelam, I have been watching your reviews and loved the look of The Row. I first bought the classic belt from the Row's website and loved it. I wonder if you ever bought their bags online. I ordered Camden from Net-a-Porter, but the quality of the item is unacceptable (lots of scratches on the leather). I would apprecitate much if you could share your insights on getting the bag online. Thank you!
The Camden is a smooth leather and most of these bags come with some scratches. Nature of the leather. Personally I don’t mind but if it bothers you I’d send it back. A few of my Instagram followers have this bag and they love it.
Tricky question - I love both so much. The saddle is richer but pebbled more practical. The saddle scratches more easily which is why I steer people to pebbled leather but if scratches don’t bother you that much, you could do that one. I’m actually in the process of selling my saddle to a dear friend and I’m keeping my pebbled one but only because I have a couple of Margaux 15s in saddle already. 😉 Not sure if this helped!
Hi yes, there is canvas lining and suede. Suede is more expensive and harder to keep clean. It makes the bag slightly heavier and it’s also harder to source. I prefer the canvas lined version. It also makes the bag less structured when it’s in canvas - slouchy - and in the 17 that makes the bag feel smaller which is nice.

New subbie! for all things The Row! Do you use organizers for your bags? I'm trying to find them!
May I ask - does the Margaux 15 (suede) have studs at the bottom of the interior?
you’re literally my comfort person i love you kislux !

I think Margaux 12 is the perfect big bag for petite women whose height is below 158 cm.

Hi Neelam, thanks for your review! If you had to pick one of them 2, which one would you buy again, which leather?

Hi! Love the vid but what’s your wallet? 😊
A really beat up Bottega. 😂
omg you need to style me. Your outfit is beautiful ❤
That’s very sweet, thank you ☺️
Hello Neelam I am contemplating a Margaux 17 but in suede inside. I always see them in fabric. Can you help please? thank you
