EXCELLENT job on this video. I hope you have more for me to watch. I WISH I had found this earlier today. You would have cried if you had seen me trying to figure out what to do with a rubber cord. Honestly, I spent SEVEN hours making a simple multi-strand necklace.
Misty, The tagua nut connectors/sliders are held in place by tension. They slide back and forth to put the necklace on or take it off, but otherwise the leather stays in place pretty well. If you are using extremely heavy beads, there is the possibility of sliding, but a good way to counteract any sliding would be to tie the leather ends around heavier beads - they'll look great dangling at the back of the neck and will add another design element.
Thanks for the info. I was wondering how that slider toggle worked. It seems that if the necklace was heavy that the toggle would slide up when wearing the necklace. Have you experienced that at all?
Hi, I have spent an hour looking on your website for the "Slider Toggle bead" that you demonstrated on the first example. It might be a good idea to list the item numbers of the products you use underneath your video's so that if we would like to purchase them, we could find them on the website. Can you possibly post the item number, or the section to find them in? Thanks you
