Your songs are the only ones that make me cry, that make me sing, that make me scream and that bring out the anger and despair in me! I saw him in Paris , last Sunday. What you say about him is so true... a magnificent artist , near us and mysterious at the same time. He knows what we feel, as a bearer of our sufferings and our joys; he wears the same; his art, his wife are his deliverance, his good luck.
He has so well expressed this evidence that man is a creature of loss and that misfortunes make us understand how precious life is; to integrate this into our life course is true wisdom, but it is not easy at all. But I recognize that it helped me, it still helps me. It allows us to relativize, to appreciate, to evoke the moments, even short, of pure joy.
For this, Nick Cave, his art will be with us forever.

Just seen Nick Cave, Warren Ellis and the Bad Seeds at Cardiff - OMG!!! What a truly amazing gig - it is still with me days later and will probably be with me for a long time to come. So much talent, emotion, authenticity and at times purely visceral! Old favourites as well as new work :) LOVE the audience interaction - many artists don't bother! This song from the new album is my favourite!

I saw Nick and Warren in 2022. When they did White Elephant and Hand of God, it was the first time I’ve seen a man turn into a genuine Rock and Roll God right before my eye. I was physically shaking. I can’t wait to see him perform this song live.

I just wanted to say it’s 1:33 at night and I’m listening to this amazing song on repeat… This is a great moment for me as I enter Nick Cave’s cave, haha. I have shut him down as an artist, rejected him, he felt to weird for me, to non-melodic maybe. But I somehow stumbled upon his song “Skeleton Tree” and maaan did I changed my mind. Then I gave this new album a try and found this song… He is such a big big artist. I’m sorry for being late here, Nick. Better late than never.
