- Hello there! procrastination really did a number on me but I finally got around to making this video. I would just like to emphasize that this is meant to give ideas to anyone, looking to make the most out of their own space. This is still a work in progress but I’m content with how it looks so far. You should look into a curtain divider it’s a track that goes onto the ceiling and you just hang a pretty curtain and you can open and close it super easy and super cheap!

Your apartment is fabulous and the view is spectacular. To have a dishwasher you lucked out. Your style of decorating could be posted in a magazine. It could show the style of what young people in college create their own style. You made this apartment work. Love the contact paper on the counter. When I was in my 20's (I'm now in my 50's) my apartments didn't look anything like your apartment..just boring. As your mother would probably tell you, "be careful in NY and look around you at all times."

You could try and add some stabilizers on the bottom of your divider. I've seen some used for desk dividers. If your divider is slim, it could slip right in. Your place is so cute. Thanks for sharing

Haha thank you, it really does come in clutch. I really like what your said; I guess for me tho I’ve always seen happiness as something momentary and joy as something long lasting. That’s why my goal in life is to have joy rather than feeling “happy”.

You know you can purchase a plexiglass base and put/slide your divider inside the base and it will firmly hold it up. If you can’t find one, you may have to get it custom made. But, I’m sure you can find one via Amazon.

I have been looking for white cotton bedding. The style you have is exactly like what I have been looking for. We originally for some YEARS AGO at Home Goods. And naturally, they no longer have them, so where did you find yours?
Yes, very minimal but definitely a statement piece! Surprisingly enough I found my bedding set at Home Goods haha. I’m sure you could find similar ones at either Home Goods or TJ maxx.

Hi! Rent varies depending on the neighborhood and building itself. For a studio like this located in the Yorkville area (Upper east side) you are looking at 3,200 a month.

Hi, thank you :) I live in the upper east side. On average studio apartments here go from 1,500$- 4,000$. Mine falls right in the middle, it all depends on the location, amenities etc.
