Delta Force games are like pure raw nostalgia. Anybody who played them remembers the pyramid level, the night operations, the bomb defusal mission, the minefield.
This is the most memorable series of my childhood. I started playing DF1 in 98 and stayed with the series up to BHD. I've always wondered why no one bought the rights and brought the series back. Delta Force is the reason many games are the way they are now. It defined the 90s fps scene and so many things about it carried into other games. I hold the belief that Delta Force was one of the most impactful shooters in history. I hope they do it justice.
Looks good, but I am a little disappointed that the multiplayer doesn't take place during the 90s like the singleplayer.
a lot of the weapon animations look exactly like animations in mw2 (the new one), am i the only one to notice that? same running animation, weapon sway when you walk, same kind of visual recoil when you fire with a lot of smoke too, very similar weapon sway animation, idk maybe its just me
Looks interesting, I’ll keep my eye on it. Though I do wish they kept it in the 90’s for the multiplayer too. Never been a fan of near future setting. I just love the look of 90/80’s militaries.
I’m really only interested in this for the Blackhawk Down Remaster lol

Delta Force does certainly look interesting, it kinda of reminds me of battlefield 2042. For some reason, I remember playing the old Delta Force, Land warrior, with my dad, those were good times, but I certainly am intrigued with this very interesting.
Why do big modern games make the color pallet as gray as possible? I preferred when everything used to be yellow if I had to pick one. lol
How is this in any way shape or form related to the old Delta Force titles? apart from the name I struggle to see any relation.

It looks very promising, although the only thing i'm look in Delta Force is the Black Hawk Down Campaign, if the campaign is very well portraited like DF BHD from Novalogic of 2003, i'm totally in.

I don’t know if I’m the type of gamer that companies just don’t care to cater to anymore or if people’s tastes have just changed, but I really wish that there were some arcadey (bf3/4 style) shooters that weren’t so focused on wack gadgets and as you said ‘crack head movement’. I can make do to a point with some of these games, but nothing really ever scratches that itch anymore.
