Considering how some KOA parks can be questionably maintained, I'd say you have a good point to know that for 75 for the night I get a sweet paved spot that is easy to get into.
The community area is awesome. Could have a little family/friend gathering in there. That's probably one of the fanciest clubhouse I've ever seen. Family trip to the bathroom 😆 Looks like it's right off a major highway. That never bothers us, but we've heard tons of people that complain about highway noise when they stay at a place right next to it. The fake grass is amusing, but also a pretty great idea. Cuts down on maintenance, I would imagine. I wonder, though. Do they hose it off or something? I can totally see people letting their dogs use it or peeps spilling food/drink on it etc. But it would be good for a super tiny football game 😂 Wow, yeah. You would think if they had that many showers there would be sufficient source of hot water. OH the live music late would be annoying. Remember Iowa? The wedding party they allowed to go on until like 1 or 2 am? That was so annoying. Good for you trying to find cheaper spots in the future. Why spend the extra money if you don't have to 🤷🏻♀ Good info on the internet. Oh haha they're waiting. Too funny. Later.
We stayed there for a couple of months and had nothing but problems. They charged there golfcart on are plug is so we had to pay that power bill. They cut are heated water hose with there weed eater, didn't replace. Lots of dents in the side of my camper because of there lawnmower. Not a helpful staff at all. I will never go back not to that campground -1 out of 10.

Looks like a great park well maintained. With the cost of RV parks anymore $75 nightly is reasonable. Right now we're in a KOA in SC at $67 nightly.
