This campground was amazing. It is so close to everything and we absolutely loved Branson! Dorothy and Cassie in the officer were so awesome. I would 1000% stay here again.
It's cool seeing a review of an SKP park. We'll be joining a soon as we get back to the US. My sister and brother in law are SKP 40, and my parents were 110. Several of the early parks my brother in law helped build. We'd enjoy going to Branson and now that we know there's an affordable park nearby, I can see that happening soon.
Haha no. Branson is such a touristy mess most of the time. We aren't big fans of going there. Last time we went we was in an Airbnb in Ozark. The time we camped down there we stayed at Table Rock state park. Nice park, but pretty close quarters. Luckily we was camping next to friends so wasn't uncomfortable. This looks like a decent rv park. Bathroom isn't anything spectacular, but at least it looks clean. It's all just kind of basic. Yes if the water isn't a private lake/pond then you would have to have a license to fish. I do believe the age is 16. So your girls could have fished. I thought it looked like a large pond. The fountain at the landing is always cool to see. There is some decent shopping there. There used to be several little antique shops a couple streets up, but haven't done that in a few years so not real sure if they're all still there or not. Yup water and trees = bugs. That's a good reason not to be in the spots right by the water. Good idea to use Walmart bags to pick up the doggie doody. I can imagine that a lot of people complain about the highway noise. I see that on reviews for lots of camping spots. Even overnighting at rest areas LOL. Never did the aquarium there. Did the Titanic thing and Ripleys thing once years ago. Did some zip lining with Jerry and Sherry a couple years ago. That was fun. But mostly we avoid Branson lol. Nice tour/review of the rv park.
@@HappyPlaceCamping I could see why you would want to avoid Branson. I bet it is a nightmare in the summer. We loved the vibe during the middle of the week, I'm willing to bet the weekend sux, lol. We have family there and I think we will be back in the future for a month.
We have not been to Branson yet. This would make the perfect location. The riverfront looked amazing. Definitely would do it at night. Even with the two of us we pick and choose attractions we will do. Heading over to subscribe to ourjourneyfaithdorward.
Aww It was so nice meeting you! Thank you so much for the shout out. God Bless and safe travels my friends! ❤
