Difference between Pages and Screens vs. Landing Page Reports in GA4:
Landing Page Report: The first interaction between a user and your website. The landing page reports include the URLs that acted as an entry point - the URLs where the visitor FIRST landed on your website.
Pages and Screens Report: Pages and Screens report includes data relevant to ALL the visits to your website's URLs (regardless of whether this was the first interaction or not).
Pages refer to website URLs
Screens refer to mobile app screens (interfaces)

Is there a way to view just mobile application metrics on GA4 under pages and screens? If it's not possible, how do I filter to view only metrics for mobile applications?

Hi, I have one question and hope you can reply me. If I select First source / medium in Page path and page screen report, what does it mean? What's the difference between Landing Page report?
If I have a web form on various pages and I am viewing the pages and screens report, would I see conversion only attributed to pages where you can fill out or form and If I view the landing page report, would this show how many people who landed on a certain page then went on to fill out a form so the form submission would be attributed to the original landing page?
