Amazing video! I bought an ANKER Bluetooth Transmitter to connect my elderly (85) mom's headphones to her Smart TV that does not include Bluetooth. Her hearing is poor and when she wears her hearing aids while watching the TV, there's harsh tones. She has bluetooth headphones, but her and her husband had trouble connecting the headphones to their cable box. That's what lead me to research and purchase a Bluetooth transmitter to connect to their TV. Although I've already read the instructions for the ANKER Transmitter I bought, this video gave me confidence to install it. I now understand the hows and whys of Bluetooth transmitters. As a working female who's fairly knowledgable about technology, I didn't have any knowledge of Bluetooth technology. Now I feel more confident about connecting the transmitter and explaining to my mom and her husband how it works! Thanks for your video Northside!! : )
can you use the receiver while it is being charged? With other models I believe it potentially caused sounds distortions so I suspect it is the same here?
Ahh nevermind - I see someone had a similar question and you responded that probably not : "Hi WhiteKnuckels: The Manual does not say either way - I suspect not - Chris"
Hi letownia: As far as I know, most devices like this willnot work while being charged - Look for a new Video - soon - about a Bluetooth Receiver that is permanently power by the Intercom Systems Transfomer and is mounted in the wall behind the Master Station - Chris
Does your cellphone need an aux port to use this device? I just bought this because my phone doesn't have an aux and I'm starting to think your phone needs an aux port to use this
Hi jamie: No you do not need a AUX Port - This is a Bluetooth Receiver - so it works wirelessly - You pair it to your phone and then you phone send the signals to it wirelessly - Chris
Hi stillmixingbeats: No - The A3352 is just a Bluetooth Receiver - you need a Bluetooth Transmitter and Receiver - Like what I show in this Video: th-cam.com/video/TqipQDpBEgY/w-d-xo.html Chris

Thank you for the info. I had referred this mod to a friend previously. This will help explain it. My question :is there any way to tap into somewhere inside the master station and install some kind of USB charger and create a port similar to the audio port mod.
Hi Klaatu x: There isn't any suitable power source within most NuTone Intercom Master Stations that can easily be used to power a USB Charger - While there are ways to achieve this, it is more difficult than what most people would do - Chris

Hi there will it work with my wired earphones(they don't have and aux input ) if i plug them into anker soundsync and connect it throught bluetooth with my phone? Also sound quality wise how to they compare through wired audio, is there a big difference in volume and clarity?

Hi John D II : Bluetooth 5.0 is the newest standard for Bluetooth devices. Very few phones use 5.0 - The main advantages with 5.0 are low battery use (longer life) and better connectivity. As more devices implement 5.0 the gains will increase. The difference between the Anker and the previous MPOW are Noticeable - Chris

This device will not connect your car’s AUX port to your cell phone’s Bluetooth to allow you to play music cordless. No. It will only plug into your Non blue tooth AM Radio, Cassette player, IPod Nano and stream Bluetooth to your car which already has Bluetooth receiver built in or to your wireless headphones. This is literally a useless device
Hi Isidore: Sorry, but you're completely wrong about this. I have used this device in my Nissan NV1500 Service Van for the past 7 years. The radio in the van does not have Bluetooth - it does have an 3.5 mm Auxiliary input jack and the A3352 plugs into the jack. I have not had any problems using the A3352 this way. Also, I have used the A3352 on dozens of our customers Intercom Systems (after adding an auxiliary input jack) without any problems - Chris
